I was just thinking we are paying Klemmer 800k and the Sharks are paying AFB 1 million per season, 200k difference.
We are paying Olam 600k and you can buy any centre you like for 800k, 200k difference.
We supposedly paid Jayden Sullivan 600k per season and nobody else would pay him anymore than 200k, 400k difference.
There’s your reasons why we ended up with 3 wooden spoons.

Well Wayne Bennett could tell players they can walk on water and they believe they can, so that helps.
Latrell has been fat since Wayne left, Wayne’s back and all of a sudden he’s skinny again.

Yeah probably. The club sees him as a future leader, so the captaincy in this trial is a way of saying … keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll reap the rewards

Still a way to go, but he showed some promise in parts of last season

2 top level games for $40 isnt expensive in itself.
The fact they are first week trials is the killer though....

Sorry Tucker, but they would only be 2 top level games if all 4 teams were at full strength. $45 to watch 2 reserve grade trial games is akin to watching repeats of the weather channel. Cheers.
