I have reset my password twice and the new password given hasn't worked

What could be wrong ??

how did you go about it…

if you cannot log in have you tried the option to reset password as if you forgot it and get sent an email with a new one or temp one?

I have reset it twice now BnW

When I type the new password in it doesn't work

i have never done it before on here, but usually there is a link to activate in your email account, you been going through that part too?

I wouldn't have sent my password to you in the first place if I didn't trust you

Don’t panic! While your password cannot be retrieved, it can easily be reset. Visit the login page and click I’ve forgotten my password. Follow the instructions and you should be able to log in again shortly.

I registered but cannot login!

I registered in the past but cannot login any more?!
It is possible an administrator has deactivated or deleted your account for some reason. Also, many boards periodically remove users who have not posted for a long time to reduce the size of the database. If this has happened, try registering again and being more involved in discussions.

I tried it twice in caps lock but it didn't work
