Couldn't agree more. I've been trying not to repsond to the death riders, instead letting downvotes do the work when I think someone is throwing their toys out of the cot. It means I don't get in an argument but let my disagreement be known.
I'd like the both down and up votes to stay.
How are you letting your disagreement be known if your name isn't attached ....
And I just love the term deathrider ......maybe some of us see the problems ...and where this all going to eventually all end up .....and until you fully lose a side you have backed ( at least with Balmain and Wests you still have something you can gravitate to ) you have no idea how painful it actually is
That is why I lose it .....because I still can't get over the fact my BRL side the Wests Panthers are dead .....died 4 years after going back to back in 92/93 ...a club I spent 3 years at in senior football ....supported from the age of 2 .....
Because that is where we are heading if we don't turn everything around .......

Apparently a lot of people on the forum get upset by a little red thumbs down ?
They should've kept the upvote button and just removed the downvote button if people get so triggered by it. Lets me know if a post is worth readying, sometimes I just wanna upvote someone without responding as well

There's people who are upset with the way the club is going - I get that. But then there are people who seem to see everything that the club does as bad; and every post is complete negativity.
There is no balance in viewpoint, there is no discussion - it's just a platform for endlessly venting on someone. I don't have the time or motivation to write umpteen pages about my viewpoint, especially if it's just endless moaning and finger pointing about something I have no control over. Balanced criticism is one thing but endless finger pointing and constant negativity are deathriding as much as you dislike the term. It almost seems some people thrive on such things - I don't - life is too short.
Thinking people downvoting equals can't see problems? I think a lot of people can see problems but they don't need to focus on pinning blame on certain people. People want the club to be successful but can't see the point about stating the same over and over again.
I also think a large number of people don't post because either they feel they don't want to add to the criticism that's already stated, or they feel have nothing further to add that hasn't already been said. Simply repeating it is meaningless. Upvoting or downvoting, on the other hand, let's you show agreement or the alternative.
For the record - I'd be happy to have my name attached to downposts but the function wasn't set up that way apparently.

Just don’t make the down vote anonymous.
It appears occasionally it may have been used incorrectly.
Add another button, “report” which when clicked has a pop up box for the poster to type their issue. This will also take pressure off the mods. You obviously know a lot more about this stuff than I do, just trying to add some positive thought to the solution?

Oh I see it. Does anyone know what that means?
Im thinking about an option on every post which would give the Mod a direct link to the "offending" post?

So WOKE has finally caught up in the WT Forum. How pathetic it's all become, with the Forums performance matching the Teams efforts. Disgusting.
