Rare Wests Tigers Jersey -eBay

Howdy all,

Haven't been on here in a while.
Hope ya all enjoying the off season.
I was going through my pile of jerseys and forgot I had this one.
Its a one off test print/ design mock up jersey. I believe it was from the implementation of the honeycomb pattern that was on the 2005 season jersey.

There may be a few others I'll put up for auction. Thought I'd just let fellow tigers supporters know that it's available. Compared to an old Magpies jersey that's up including a free coffee stain this isn't too bad.

It is rare, never in production….I remember it when it was leaked in late 03 or 04

Nothing wrong with putting it on here and trying to sell it . A signed 2005 Jersey would appeal to me though.

I'm pretty sure that for 2005 the Tigers expected Herbalworld to again sponsor the club except for one thing, Herbalworld went belly up as no one purchased the product.
I've got a pre-production jumper from 2003-2004 when the jersey changed yet they still had the previous years sponsor on it, by the way JFTA who came to the Tigers rescue as a sponsor in 2005 originally were to be the shorts sponsor but stepped in at the last minute to become the front of the jumper sponsor and were rewarded with a Premiership for minimal $$$.

GoldXR50Leroy is correct. The jersey did make production & is not that rare(why would anyone want it) as Herbalworld went belly before the start of the 2005 season. If you were selling the World club challenge jersey or the 007 jersey then I would be impressed & be very interested.

There was a 007 jersey on eBay recently. Might still be there.

From memory he wAnted 1500 clams.

i have a jersey very similar to this, it has the same sponsorship on it but the main body of the jersy doesnt have the honeycomb pattern all over it only the bottom as like that worn in the 05 gf. Mine however is signed with 23 signatures that was done the day after we flogged the bulldogs at homebush 52 to 2 if my memory serves me correctly at the fan day.
