It also doesn't invest in the future..Utiokamanu should be playing as when he is on the field he can actually play '21 Rugbeh League..he is massive off the ball and on when he is there...I would even be increasing his mins..

Madden on the bench is not his future or ours ..so start him or you're just saying ..yeah we like you but don't get your hopes up..

Nofoaluma..this bloke is annoying me the most because he is one of our few NRL standard players and despite other peoples opinion's of Nofa ..when he plays from the kick off in the 2nd half for even 60 65mins ..we would be winning games..His NRL quality is quailty but we are only seeing it for 40mins...

Drops the guys we are building the club around like Simpkin and Stefano but continues to reward the senior playing group who have given up on him and haven't put in.

It's the club bending over backwards for Brooks, they still think he might actually come good.

It's nothing like that at all and deep down you know it....Brooks is not a target here..Brooks has been doing what the Coach wants and asks...you might have a different opinion that's fine.....

The reality of the Brooks situation is, his never going to improve on the player he is today.

David has had 157 games to prove himself and he still doesn’t get it.

He doesn’t play with confidence has no presence on the field and no voice all of which are vital to the game of a half back.

Not sure this team will inspire me to ditch my "check the score first" policy.

Up until this year I used to say things like, "I had no choice, the tigers chose me". Now I realise that it is 100% a choice to be bothered or care. The only thing in my control is that choice and while I get frustrated at times, the banter and analysis on here, coupled with supercoach, means I actually look forward to the weekend despite not really being engaged with the tigers through any official channel. I've never been a "casual fan" before but I actually think it's much better for your sanity!

Hang in there forumites, it will turn around or we will be put out of our misery one day.

I said at the start of the year, that we need speed and variety in attack . We are to slow, and said mid year i believe Brooks and Madden will be in the halves with Dueihie in the centres.Simkin at 9 and Kei when availiable in the backs. Cini is a forward in a backs clothing, a nice kid, but not good enough.
Saying that i am shocked, i did not think Ad would be moved, he,s a decent footballer, but they would spend hrs analysing the games without the emotion of a fan and there would be a reason for the decision.

Jesus Christ we are a mess. Not even 2 weeks ago our current captain says it’s about having AD leading us around the park, now our old captain says he’s been moved to give Brooks more ball. Absolute laugh

We should have kept Mitchell Moses.

Moses was not ours to keep. He was going to the Eels and not much could be done about it. He dogged it until he got his way.

Ivan didn't handle the situation well.
Made Moses feel unwanted and he left.

If we backed him and released Brooks it'd be different today.

Thats not what happened, when Ivan pulled the offer, Moses had already agreed to terms with Eels.

I don't think so. Simpkin looked cooked last week - he needs to learn the ropes about what it takes to play NRL week in, week out. Having said that, I would have kept him on the bench to interchange Liddle.

Saw Mbye on the news, he was genuinely surprised to be named at 6 so it sounds like it was very much a surprise to him...But he sucked in the centres last week and it may be strategic to line Doueihi up against Best. The forward pack will have its hands full. We were lucky to beat the Knights last time and their forward pack dominated ours. I see the same thing happening again here unfortunately.

No need to re-write history to fit, that’s not what happen. He had already signed with the Eels when we pulled his offer and then he dogged it so we had to let him go early. Mosses is absolute scum.
