The garbage and vitriol thrown at Madge because he has done something that most on here dont AGREE with...hello he is the coach,you guys called for changes every week.give the young guys a go,Brooks is useless,Mbye doesnt know his position,AD isnt a centre, Laurie should be in 5/8,Cini is killing it in CC ...how did he go last week...andon the crap goes...

Madge is trying to get the best out of this squad,he cant go to a shop and buy a new team like Nick does,so have an opinion and be civil about it,Madge isnt trying to wreck the Wests Tigers he is trying to fix a rotten problem that has been in this club for years..

All the best to the team on the weekend and well done Madge on selecting Madden to make his debut...



You also threw the same kind of passion and support behind previous coaches. Only recently to admit they werent the best.

its one thing to be passionate and offer support but you still need to rugby league every now and then.

So what mate,at least I got behind them when they were appointed and gave them a chance ,,the only one I didnt give much credence to was Ivan and only because of the way he treated us..
Potter wasnt given a proper chance,JT tried to sort out the boys club and was sacked,Sheens was great but he was sackjed as well,what do you want me to do..hate every coach because he doesnt suit me,no thanks they all have far better credentials the myself and many others..appreciate your input,but target someone else to be your fall guy...

Firstly i dont need a fall guy.

Secondly im simply pointing out that you always support the coach. NO MATTER WHAT.

Sometimes its better to just rugby league and have an opinion.

So it's Doueihis fault we lost? He scored a try and assisted multiple others. The highlights of brooks game was a line break assist.... for the titans.

Do you guys think he will drop Brooks and play Madden and Mmbye with simpkin as 14 ?

I don't think so. Simpkin looked cooked last week - he needs to learn the ropes about what it takes to play NRL week in, week out. Having said that, I would have kept him on the bench to interchange Liddle.

Saw Mbye on the news, he was genuinely surprised to be named at 6 so it sounds like it was very much a surprise to him...But he sucked in the centres last week **and it may be strategic to line Doueihi up against Best**. The forward pack will have its hands full. We were lucky to beat the Knights last time and their forward pack dominated ours. I see the same thing happening again here unfortunately.


Do you think that is best for the long term future of our club.

Does that sound like good management and team and roster building?

No, I certainly don't agree with it. It's the only reason I can think of though. TBH Mbye should have been dropped, Talau can slot straight back into the centres and Cini could get a second chance to atone on the wing.

Don’t think that will sought our big issues.

Pretty much how i see it. I also thought that the Best match up might have made the coach panic.

I would have rathered Talau in the centres and come what may.

Ok ,so I support the man that is going to make this club a better club and sometimes they dont succeed,is that so wrong that I HAVE to have an opinion that suits the herd,,,thats not me,I support this club through membership and go to game when I can,supporting the coach is a main priority of mine as he is the one who has to coach the team to success..it doesnt always happen the way we would like but Im willing to give them the time that they are CONTRACTED to do the job...

Well, I'll call it, in that if WT collapse against Knights and the players Maguire saved from dropping again dont pull their finger out and perform (better than just adequately), Maguire will have to quit. It would at least give WT time to recruit a coach whilst there are a couple of the market.

Maguire's final calls:'
* Brooks at half
* Mbye as a utility
* shifting of a performing 5/8
* dropping Stefano and others whilst some eg Brooks remain protected
* lets see of game plan changed

Its on his head now. He cant escape the results if this goes belly up.

- madden to debut
- blore is back
- Liddle gets a crack
- mikale improving
