I can't find a thread dedicated to Porter.

I just want to acknowledge the effort he has put in since stepping into 1st grade. He seems to offer a lot of stability on his edge, or through the middle if required.

Given his contract status, I believe he is a must-keep type of player. Very solid defensively & just doesn't do any boneheaded plays.

Clubs need Reuben Porter type players.

He's not the first career lower grader to come to the Tigers and get a long awaited debut

I like what I've seen from him
Solid, worker.
Can only get better playing first grade.

Good work to him and Benji for giving him a chance.

Exactly the type of players required for spots 20-30 in a roster. Need some experienced depth players mixed with the youth.

He seems like a good guy too. Has had to work really hard for a long time to get this chance. Been impressed with him.

Has certainly played himself into a renewal of his Train & Trial contract for next season.

Porter & Faataape should only be T&T contracts moving forward, great depth and experience for NSW Cup and when called upon for NRL.

I’m keen on him as a cup player but definitely not nrl his behind the raw interview left me knowing why he wasn’t a regular first grader
