Reynolds under police investigation over nightclub altercation

Are there any night clubs around Belmore way?….When he joins the Tigers there is the Unity Hotel in Balmain he can call home.

"He does this all the time,' " he said.

That's a bit of a worry.

Another one that doesn't think about being in the public eye.

Classy establishment Northies. Surely you would like to believe RL players have enough common sense to stay away from the place.

Aahh…...Common sense+Reynolds.....can't put my finger on it, but there's something funny about that combination ........il think of it later , I'm sure.

There is no doubt he is a loose cannon on and off the field

He is a great person off the field apparently, with his work for charity, visiting the homeless etc. Much better than the wife beaters running around in our game.

How do you know he doesn't beat his wife??

Sooooo, thrown out of a seedy establishment for being inebriated? Never happened to me. Nup! Wowserville here. Ok, naughty boy for abusing the staff. Go home and sleep it off.

I'm not going to have a go at him until he's in Wests Tigers colours. He isn't part of the club yet so I can't really see a reason to be upset.

Isn't the nightclub to blame for serving him liquor to become intoxicated? Aren't their RSA courses supposed to prevent this? Or if mates buy them for you it is okay to get drunk? Not a good sign - how can he be in perfect physical/mental shape for heavy training the next day? Aren't they getting paid professional salaries, the behaviour I am not referring to but being in perfect nick for footie. Didn't the Olympic swimming team do this and they were hopeless?

Read the full story goose. He was in there for 15mins. They didn't have time to serve him a drink.
But on a serious note does Cleary like a drink?
Because if it's culture he wants he sure as hell is putting together a great Booze Culture, Mats, Packs, Reynolds, surprised on that basis we didn't go after the Booze Brothers to top it off.
Unless of course he has recruited reformed players that have moved on from the drink, sounds like he'll need to do a bit of work on Reynolds. Our next top priority recruit should be someone disciplined 'like' SBW, his attitude did wonders for the Roosters culture.

I called into the Panania Hotel on Monday arvo recently when the Dogs boys were having a "bonding session" that had been going for about 6 hours (according to bar staff). There were some very, very drunk and loud players (and hangers on) there. Reynolds was not one of them. He was sober and being sought out by staff to try to keep others under control. He was polite, friendly, sensible and responsible.

Just providing a different perspective from my direct observation over a period of 45min or so.

Would of been in rehab at the time I think.

I think the Bulldogs team need a bit of Jason Taylor dietary regime to get them off the excessive grog and late nights. No wonder the team is going down the shaft.
