Robbie Farah..Discussion Thread.....

Robbie loves his State of Origin coach a lot…is what I got out of it

I tell you what I got out of it. Robbie will play out of his skin for Daley. That's what being a great coach is about . Being a man manager, Bennett isn't a masterful tactician, he's a great man manager. Same for Mal in SOO. Sir Alex, Gus Hiddink, etc, etc
Point is good coaches get the best out of their players. Crap coaches can't or don't . It comes down to communication, expression, character, charisma, you know what I mean. Sheens had it but lost it. Potter didn't quite have it. Jt ain't in the ballpark. That's why players don't want to play for him.

Time for Robbie to move on. Last three years all he has cared about is SOO. Now he has got his manager in front of the media with his dribble. He needs to accept the decision and move on.. What robbie is doing is he is ruining his legacy at the club, and now all we will remember is what a big sook he was when he was tapped on the shoulder to leave..

Who has said they don't want to play for him? Even Farah doesn't want to go.

If they want to play for JT they should leave the club. Jason Taylor by the way is the appointed coach. As far as I know Farah was never appointed captain coach.

Where is he supposed to go. There needs to be an offer that 3 parties have to agree on . New club, Tigers and Robbie. He hasn't said he won't go, just that until there is a deal done, he is still a Tiger. Personally I think he is gone and it will be good for him.

I have a great solution to this whole Robbie Farah fiasco - sack Taylor and employ Daley as coach. We will end up with a better coach and Farah loves him and will play out of his skin for him - win/win if you ask me.

Works for me, and we could attract players, unlike our very unappealing current coach.

Arrh..Laurie Daley is a good Coach… 😱pen_mouth:

Queensland think so I guess.... 😕

As for Robbie a 13 year NRL veteran needs motivation to play for the Club he loves...OK

Farah shows respect to rep coaches because he knows if he doesn't be a team player he'll get dumped, as has happened previously.
Club coaches, up till now, havnt got that respect because he knew he wouldnt be dumped.

The questions were edited out of the video, but of course he was talking about himself, what else were they going to have asked him about? No player has shown more passion for the WT jumper than Robbie.

His SOO coach is supporting him, so of course Robbie speaks well of Daley. How can he speak well of a coach who wants him in State Cup?

Didn't Robbie get dirty on sheens for being dropped from the bench of the World Cup side for DCE a while back…
He's been a petulant child for years now, see ya!!

Compared to Taylor, he's Wayne Bennett!

When you're trying to play under a structure that doesn't utilize your strengths or suit your style of play, then yeah, it is hard to get motivated.

What is his Farah's Style of play…looked to me he's played the same for the last 3 years both at Club and Origin level....

What makes Loz so appealing?
