Some people just don't like facts.

There's really not much you can do about it… :brick: :brick: :brick:

:deadhorse: :deadhorse: :deadhorse:

Mr Balmain Boy show us facts :unamused: .

Show everyone on here when did the Club come out and publicly say that his Contract will be honoured from the Onset ?
If my memory serves me right ? Pascoe was the only that publicly stated that his Contract will be honoured , before that our Amateurish Club didn't know how to handle the whole situation hence why they went in MUTE mode while our Brand was copping a hammering .

Look, I don't want to get involved in this spat between you two and my position on this whole affair is neutral. However, Balmain Boy is correct. I remember Marina Go saying that the club would honour Robbie's contract whether he stayed or went and this was very early in the piece.

If people didn't skip posts and read what is convenient for them you would see that i stated that Balmain Boy was correct and i apologized for my error :unamused:

Iam now on the other side of the world and this thread refuses to go away, the same stuff has been said a million times and we keep going around in circles and what facts we know seem to get turned and twisted depending what camp you are sitting.

I say put it to bed, what happens happens it is not like we can do anything about it . Time to start focusing on2016, but I guess there will be 1000 more pages before this thread finally dies

I'm starting to get the impression.. After reading what Pascoe had to say… That Taylor and Farah will sort it out
I sent him an email with a few tips and suggestions on where the three of them can fix this

Everyone should put in $5 so we can hire lodge to "take care of it"

I know you are being sarcastic but it is really not funny, one bloke is on serious charges that will possibly bring a custodial sentence and the other has done nothing wrong and is the club captain.

I am sorry for making a joke involving some who is a psychopath he doesn't deserve any criticism as he has done 0 things wrong
And I'm sorry for making a joke involving a former captain of the team
And I'm sorry for making a joke as these forums are a really happy place

Surely you recognise that it is not as simple as that. For purely last year the figure is about $750K. He would have also missed games last year but because NSW won SOO I presume all was forgiven and accepted. This year a disaster for Robbie and Club but not due to any fault of Robbie - but there is at least hope for next year with less injuries, and the club should get reasonable value for money. Before the Club raised the issue I don't think there was any unrest amongst the spectators re Robbie's game. He has shown loyalty to the Club so he deserves to be treated okay. Shockingly he went up the middle and scored a try against coach's instructions, but it was a beauty appreciated by everyone. Benji has stated that Farah is best in the trade at reading numbers up the middle so why deny Tigers this handy advantage. Maybe the coach should also get a life if he can't appreciate a bit of brilliance by a few players.

How about we quit the arguing and hope they patch things up for the best of the Club.

You think so?
I think that GNR and Gallager among others have got me covered well and truly when it comes to posts on this thread

You have 13% of posts in this thread…almost 250 comments which are basically the same thing over and over and over

253 to be exact. He has Gallagher and myself well covered.

Had to laugh at this, on Jarryd being dropped from the 49ers this week:

The Hayne Train @Hayne_Train3
Is Jason Taylor coaching the @49ers ? #HaynePlane

Your last sentence is a bit contradictory BB. Since "We don't know exactly what Robbie's been doing" tell us what BS he should cut out, and what do you know about his ego? And as for your suggestion that he should train hard like he doesn't allready? From all reports over his time at WT he's been known as a very good , hard trainer. As for listening to the coach? Where is the proof he isn't? Just asking in case you know something we don't.

It's not contradictory. Obviously the coach and management feel that Robbie is being disruptive and having a negative influence on the culture of the club. Of course i'm not a player or a coach at the club and haven't seen first hand what's going on. None of us have. But obviously he has some behavioural issues which he needs to address (hence the meeting in December).

They wouldn't bar him from training with the NRL boys if it was only a personal spat between Robbie and JT. It has to be something which they feel would drag down the entire squad for them to take such drastic actions. The club has never come out and aired all the dirty laundry on Robbie, and nor should they. So the public doesn't have any proof, presumably the club does though hence why these drastic actions are being taken to rectify the culture of our struggling club.

I'd be interested to hear what Robbie thought of pre season training at another NRL club compared to the WT's ??

Apparently the CIA have adopted a new interrogation (torture) technique where they have the subject read every single page of this thread. The first person it was tested on was a blubbering mess by page 25\. May he rest in peace.

Do you have an opinion worth offering or are you going to take potshots from the peanut gallery at other members who choose to contribute to the discussion?

The meeting in December is only to get JT off the hook, they can say that Robbie is being a good boy now so he stays in the team as Capt and JT saves face and lets the team play both styles as the capt reads it on the field. Not to have an idiot throwing his mobile phone when their team scores a terrific try. I put it down to HT reading the riot act to them. And in public and private Robbie will be respectable to JT for at least two years.
