Farah is holidaying in Bali after picking up the Tru Blues gong at the NSWRL awards night, ironically awarded to the player that most epitomises the culture the Origin side is attempting to foster. While some Tigers supporters are disappointed by the treatment of Farah, fewer than 30 showed up to a protest at the club's Concord Oval headquarters on Tuesday.

Yep, so 30 people showed up.
Everyone causes a stink but wouldn't actually get off their fat arses to do anything about it, which is as good as useless.

It was a protest for the unemployed and Pensioners more than anything , a Tuesday when people are at work . Obviously not much thought went into the March .

I know round 1 is a long way away, we haven't even finished this season yet. But the way it's looking atm, he isn't going to be in first grade next yr. I didn't believe it at first, but as the weeks have gone on, the more I believe it will happen. The way the Farah camp insists on making the situation as messy as possible gives the club perfect justification IMO. So assuming this happens, what's the point in him "digging his heels" to play reserve grade? Even if I was supporting Farah I'd be feeling it's best he just move on. At least we'd get something by getting Rein, he was one of their best this yr.

I saw some picks of some of our boys having fun in Bali. They look happy and having fun.
In one of the selfie group shots,( in a bar) Kidwell was amongst them. I was a bit surprised to see him with the boys.

Hope it's true. I'd take Rein.

Absolutely. A big surprise of Mary let's Rein go.
I hope it's saints, i got a few mates that follow saints that have never liked or rated Farah.

there could be some truth to it as a cousin of rein told me that he was a massive wests tigers fan as a kid and wanted to join them a few years ago before the saints signed him up.times change but maybe he may have a soft spot for the club.wait and see but if we let farah go and get nothing in return then its madness.

Make it happen. Farah for Rein.
Doesn't matter who's to blame now. It's gone too far. For Farah to be around next year would be like cancer for the club.

If Ayoub hadn't have blown it up in a desperate attempt to generate support, there may have been a way to resolve this. As mightymagpie said, it's terminal now.

Absolutely CB,as we both know the longer these things go the worse they get…if there is an amicable outcome then the better for both parties...if not then anything can eventuate... :unamused:

There is a story on Akauola in the herald, he mentions how Farah looked after him when he was feeling depressed, along with Keithy and Halatau made sure he didn't do anything silly.
He said the coach kept playing him in the halves and he is not a half, he felt like he was letting his team mates down, he is gone to penrith hoping for a fresh start.
But there is another story in the article about how the Weststigers board were told Farah would have no trouble finding a club, and Farah was disliked by other players, neither of these proved true.
So the board made a decision based on these so called facts, which presumably were presented by Taylor, and they were lies.
This makes me think Farah going to Bali was a ploy to get the club to ask the hard questions of Taylor, and why he mislead them.

Also mentions how JT asked Halatau to keep and eye on him and report back so he could make sure Sitaleki was ok as the club was worried about him.

Also what proof do you see in that article that Farah is having trouble finding a club (and if he is do you wonder why ?). Also as for Farah being disliked by other players i've not seen this mentioned by the club as being a reason but I have heard from friends who are personal mates from school of a couple of players that some of our other stars think Robbie isn't thier favourtie person. Yes some came out and supported him when this happened but amny said nothing and what else could others say when asked
