To me the most startling development is the CEO does not seem to be on the same page as Taylor and the board. My gut feeling is he is putting the brakes on the Farah exit because the negatives of it out weigh the positives for the club by a long way. That could spell bad news for Taylor.

If I were Pascoe id be pulling them in and putting the comprimise on the table. Farah remains a first grade player without the captaincy and we look at a 2016 swan song. 2017 would only be on the table if he gave up Origin otherwise we try and find a good deal in England for Robbie. Taylor is told to mould new leaders and Robbie to fall in to line behind them.

If Taylor cant deal with that, I would punt him right now. He will be gone by years end anyway I don't see him turning it around.

I still can't believe that with all that is going on and all the leaked stories rumours and innuendo how people can still view Farah as the clubs little battler and club legend

Make no bones about it , he and Ayoub are trying to do everything in the power to destroy the WT's and at a critical time in our existence as a club

People need to pull their heads out of the sand and wherever else they have their heads shoved and start realizing that Robbie is and hasn't been an innocent little angel off field for a very long time

Totally agree with what you have said Happy.

The spin from both of them and how people believe it is unbelievable.

GNR..its a shame Humpty and MAYER didn't have the smarts to go with their paycheque…Pascoe is an astute proven businessman and had he been here instead of the numpties we have had,the club as a whole would be travelling a hell of a lot better...this garbage that is going on and on and on is a rot through the whole club...the sooner it finishes the better, and realistically I couldn't give a rats if Farah goes or JT goes...the only thing I will say is JT inherited a mess which few don't want to see,we can't afford another coach and pay out Taylor as well,we went down that road and it doesn't work..As for Farah,he has had his way for far to long, someone has stepped on his sensitive little toes and he doesn't like it...many others have had to move on from their clubs and did so without to much fuss...that's the difference...Robbie is a club legend for what he has achieved, but he is not bigger than the club or the great game itself..I hope this works out for all parties, especially for the WTs club...

Don't know from who?

Every post i have said about Pascoe is: I believe his made the right noises, his walked in to this mess and think his doing a very good job.

I even feel for Pascoe…..his had to come back from his holidays to have urgent meetings with the Ayoub camp in regards with the release. I dare say he went on holidays with the impression that the Farah and Taylor saga was healing itself by the reports from JT how impressed he was with Farah's attitude since Pre Season got under way.
When you consider Pascoe started his Job way before he was required to and he never created these dramas his walked into, I geniuanly think it was poor form from the Ayoub Camp the timing of the request.
I actually felt sorry for Pascoe leaving his Family behind on there vacation.

Pascoe has done an admirable job to date, I feel for him the mess his walked into.

You're up against it trying to tell people that the club cannot afford to sack JT, even if they wanted to. It gets to the point where you just throw your hands in the air and let them carry that belief.

No club can afford to plough through coaches yr after yr. not only for financial reasons, but it doesn't do much for your reputation as a club that they can you at the first sign of trouble. How would that look for an incoming coach that at the first sign of trouble or first decision you make isn't a popular one you could be on your way. As a pontential candidate for the job, why bother?

Your entitled to you opinion I am entitled to mine. Farah is not without his faults, but for mine his faults are he has cared too much about the club and let emotion dictate at times.

Go see the quotes from Aaron Woods and Dene Halatau, Chris Lawrence, James Tedesco, Luke Brooks their opinion on Robbie and what he brings to the joint? Ill take that more on board then internet fans who claim he is trying "to destroy the joint"

Ill stick loyal with Farah until the end because I believe on the field he has been a pillar of excellence for close to a decade.

Your view is the opposite and good for you.

Thats all nice, warm and fuzzy if you ignore his agents/representative views (which by way of association, are his views) his agents attitudes and dealings toward the club, his history/relationships with past CEOs and coaches …hmmm...cared too much, maybe....

.... about himself.

I'm not referring to you. Even though I disagree about JT (while I agree he's not the greatest, but I don't believe he's as inept as you think he is) I think you're just about the only one of his critics that has openly said you'd admit you were wrong if he succeeds with this side.

On Pascoe, I think so far so good. I like the fact he started early when he didn't have to.

Never forget the world revolves around Farah just remember last year at Origin he was told to act like an adult. Pascoe has to leave his family and return so Farah and Ayoub can walk down a street with look at me faces for the cameras low rent are both

Relationship with past CEOS?

Gee we are clutching now.

Next you Farah haters will be telling us Mayer and Humphries were better for the club then Farah and the evil Farah saw them off rather then their own incompetence.

:brick:

I agree give credit to Pascoe for returning from holiday and taking on duties earlier but look at from Farah's view he may have had travel to Newcastle week in week out for a whole season if he was to go to a certainty club. So can understand both. I would much prefer one ruined holiday than a ruined year.

Totally agree GNR..and Iam of the opinion that Ayoub/Farah have manipulated this whole scenario knowing the club can't afford to pay anyone out their full amounts…To be honest with you and many others,I absolutely admired RF in his younger days with this club, but as he got older and was given more input, his whole demeanour changed and that's why I couldn't care less if he left...when Potter was treated the way he was and Farah said what he said about him, that's when he lost me Potter was a good coach that was not allowed to show his full potential because of a horrendous injury list and having his hands tied on spending...but that didn't suit the golden child,Potter can't coach was his answer...so in summary I'm glad he has been pulled into line and if he wants to stay he gets picked on form, not for who he thinks he is,if he goes ,so beit.....

Snarling, Hissing, Tantrum throwing at a drop of a hat, if we don't agree with each other.
This forum is in crisis…..Could we all go to bonding camp too? Please.... 😛ray:

I suppose the question must be asked that if this matter cannot be resolved very quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties then…..

Should the Tigers just say to RF....look your playing with us in 2016, so put your head down, follow instructions and give us your best. Theres no doubt RF can be a very valuable player....if he really wanted to be and if it calms things down it may help us resign Brooks and Moses longterm.

We just cannot afford to keep discussing this every week and then every week once the season starts. We need unity and clarity moving forward.

Since this whole thing has unfolded make no mistake it's become Personal and tarnished our Club.

I'm guessing the meeting between Farah /Ayoub vs Taylor/Reddy maybe went something like this

Taylor maybe saying Something like this :
Taylor " we as a Club are heading in a different direction and we allowing you a chance to find another Club "
Farah says " mate I've got 2 years to go on my Contract, I'm the current Blues hooker and I'm no value to you? I've taken pay cuts to be with this Club i love and your telling me I'm not wanted?
Taylor says " sorry but it's the direction we are heading.
Farah says " Well I'm not going anywhere and have a right to stay and honour my Contract "
Reddy jumps in " well you do that and Reserve Grade is your destination.
Farah says "will see about that ".

Then as Farah and Ayoub leave the room and Ayoub is about to close the door he winks at Jason Taylor and says " let the fun and games begin "
 , sorry guys not funny.

Look Farah loves this Club and I'm sure to get told that he's not wanted? It's like a dagger in the heart for him, he obviously felt he had a right to stay and fight for his position, but with the Ballin signing made him more furious and Things have escalated more in the background even though JT has been impressed with Farah's application to training and maybe has had a change of heart? no idea.

Ayoub has definitely not helped the situation and has muddied our Club even more, if he has dragged Moses and Farah into this by manipulating there decision to delay there extension's? Then it's simply unforgivable.
If in actual fact there is concerns from Moses and Brooks about the future of the Club and the direction it's heading? Well that is a major concern, there was noises mid year that there style was being affected by Taylor's Coaching style? Whether there's any truth to that? Is anyone's guess. I did notice a different combination from Brooks/Moses in the back half of the year and noticed they took the line on way more.

Would love to go to bonding camp with you Mama and the rest of the crew on here…..I just want to know who will pay for Security at the camp..it would be a hell of crap fest though....

forevertiger…..I think after that abysmal Cowboys game the crap really hit the fan.....many supporters openly said "not going to anymore of our games if we are going to play this crappy style of footy" there must have been something said to JT from management after that because our style of play did change quite significantly in our games after that.

We definately played a more attacking brand of footy and once moses and brooks started changing their roles a bit as 1st reciever I really started to see the skill that moses had....in fact I think he is a much better player atm than brooks. Moses also possess a fierce brand of passion and you can tell that this kid is going places. It would be a pity to lose either one of them but moses especially.

As far as RF is concerned......the longer this goes on the faster I think all parties should bury the hatchet and re-focus so 2016 is not destroyed. ATM their is no win win for anybody out of this. If RF say's he loves the club, bleeds for the club......then let him play and show us what he's made of.

As for Pascoe jury is very much out for mine....He has the Polly speak down pat...prime example so far was Taupau's departure...I week prior Marty has not asked me 'personally' for a release...I will sit down with him when he returns from the UK...nek minit..emailgate..Marty gone...and that all happened without his knowledge in 5 days...OK...

We probably agree about Farah as the player but that's the issue

Farah IS a player firstly and foremost

He should never have been getting involved in club politics , leaking stories , talking to outside media that tried to get what HE wanted

As a player you have two choices

You suck it up and play under coaches and boards whether you like them or not

Or you leave and play for another club

You don't have the right to get involved off field , can you imagine in the Top 25 member of every NRL club did this , complete anarchy
