Seems Tim Brasher is on Farah's side, quite a few quotes in this article.

UNDER-pressure Wests Tigers coach Jason Taylor faces being made “a fool” if he dumps returning star Robbie Farah to NSW Cup next season.
The Daily Telegraph revealed exclusively on Tuesday that Farah would now remain at Concord for the final two years of his contract, despite a public fallout with Taylor.
Taylor now faces the ultimate dilemma — select Farah in the NRL side or dump him to reserve grade, as he has threatened.

“This will be the biggest gamble of Jason Taylor’s coaching career,” said Tigers legend Ben Elias. “And if they want to embarrass themselves more, play him in reserve grade.
“If Taylor doesn’t pick Robbie and the team loses, he will be made to look like a fool. If he doesn’t pick Robbie and they win, Taylor will be a super hero.”
The development prompted ex-Balmain champion Tim Brasher to declare: “If Robbie is put in reserve grade, everyone is going to ridicule the coach even more. It’s not going to happen, it can’t happen.”

It is understood Wests Tigers will publicly announce Farah’s retention sometime this week. The cease fire ends three-months of ugly banter, speculation and headlines between the club and Farah, who was initially told he was free to negotiate with rival NRL clubs.
“There’s got to be some bad blood there — it’s going to be tough at training isn’t it?,” Brasher asked. “It (being picked in reserve grade) would be a massive and bitter pill for Robbie to swallow. He has done nothing wrong, he’s the good guy. If he is put in reserve grade, everyone is going to ridicule the coach even more. I’m not sure what Taylor was thinking or where he got his advice from.
“I hope Robbie goes out there and kicks arse and shows how good a player he is and how much the Tigers need him. You don’t have to like the coach. There have been coaches through everyone’s career who you don’t get on with. I think it’s horrible what they have done. Wests Tigers agreed to the deal and it’s not like Robbie is out of form. He is a Tiger through and through.”
Taylor has already indicated he may start Farah in NSW Cup, the likelihood increasing when Wests Tigers signed Manly’s Matt Ballin.
Ballin has no intentions of seeking any release now that Farah has agreed to stay.

“Has Taylor shot himself in the foot or will he turn out to be a hero?,” Elias asked. “I think they may pick Robbie in reserve grade if they lose their first few games.
“Taylor will have no bigger decision than where to play Robbie Farah. If he doesn’t select Robbie and Wests Tigers start badly, you’d think the coach would be under enormous pressure.”
The Daily Telegraph rang Taylor three times on Tuesday and texted him once. There was no reply.
Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe — who helped broker peace between Farah and Taylor — was locked in strategy meetings all of Tuesday and was unavailable for comment.
“Robbie’s got a contract for two years and he’s rock-solid, stubborn and he’s not going to move,” Elias said.
“Every time I have had a conversation with Robbie Farah, he has always wanted to stay. He loves the club. They have to announce he is staying. There is no other option.
“This has been like Days of Our Lives. It’s been a saga.”
Farah is unlikely to re-seek the captaincy after relinquishing the role during this drama. His mate, Aaron Woods, is the new skipper.
“They have got him on the phones calling up sponsors and season ticket-holders to re-sign and then on the other hand they are trying to let go of him,” Elias said. “What the hell is happening? We have been very consistent with making rotten choices in recent years without considering any implications.”
