That long Flip? Thought he only missed this season and part of last after surgery.
Pretty sure it was all of 2015 and all of this season, but I could be wrong. Either way, it's a fair time out of Rugby League and it will take him a while to get match fit, I imagine.
@Flippedy said:Now that we have Idris and as long as he can get anywhere near his best in a relatively short time frame, our three quarter line is looking better - would've been even better if JAC was kept, but unfortunately that ship has already sailed
I think we now need to concentrate on finding an experienced second rower with some mongrel! A back row of Aloiai, Lawrence & Taylor doesn't fill me with any great excitement, tbh and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't put the fear of God into anyone!
Sam Tagatese would be worth a look, as would Nelson Asofa-Solomona from the Storm. I don't think either of them have re-signed with their respective clubs as yet. Props Greg Eastwood, Ben Hannant and Sam Moa are all off contract also - any one of those would be great, but I would probably prefer Moa as I think he has more to offer at this stage of his career. Either way, we desperately need more grunt up front and any 2 of those above would make a huge difference to our pack.
I know…..tell him he's dreaming, but someone has to!

If we could somewhow nab **Vince Vaughan**, that would be massive ! Also hopefully Paseka gets to make his debut sometime next season and replicate what he's been doing in NYC. He is a real x-factor forward we could really use in our top 8 push.

I don't know Tony, Vince Vaughan seems a little chubby and unfit to me

have heard about DWZ leaving… nothing about tigers... could only see it happening if naiqama goes to newcastle
@Nelson said:@TYGA said:Anyone heard WT talking to Panthers for DWZ? Panthers under cap pressure.
No, I've heard him linked to Newcastle and Manly though. Newcastle seems the most likely option if he leaves the Panthers as he sees himself as a fullback and he won't be playing there at the Tigers (Teddy) or Manly (Trbojevic).
