Toa may still be in doubt re Naden. What ever influences his selections - he is more informed about the status of the players than we are just like he will wear the outcome.
 
Why would we not give Kit another crack and get rid of Naden. Only thing I can think of is there’s still a question mark over Toa’s fitness and Nadens there for cover.

We are obviously short on forwards and the majority of those signings were backs
Plus we let Klemmer go after the season started
We might be looking to be competitive but not having a competitive pack once a single injury occurs is counter productive. Tigers have been lucky to date re forward injuries otherwise some of the close wins may not have happened.

Let’s hope some of these 2-3 signings are forwards and are arriving before June 30

Well we were paying Klemmer 800k and he was and still is playing like someone earning 300k, that’s a problem in itself.
But we needed to replace him with another middle forward capable of playing well at NRL level and we didn’t do it, that’s the problem.

According to the current bench , that would be Naden

First grade middle forwards:
Twal, Pole, May. Hunt, Bird, Sione Fainu (6)
Edge Forwards:
Sam Fainu, Seyfarth (2)
Halves:
Luai, Galvin, L Fainu (3)
Centres:
Douihei, Toa, Naden (3)
Wingers:
Turuva, Skelton, Staines (3)
Hookers:
Api, TDS (2)
Fullbacks:
Bula (1)

We have 20 first graders in a roster of 30. Injuries will kill off the season for us against any side shortly.

I don’t see any way Galvin can be moved we only have two halves on the entire roster.
