You got it. After divorce the most stressful thing to do. So far repainted every room in the house, mixed 5.5 cubes of concrete on an Ozito mixer, put in a motorised roller door, ripped out most of my veggie patch ..... blah, blah, blah. Sorry to bore you guys.

Size does matter 🙂 Ours is a single - $1,500 installed withthe motor - around a thou if you do it yourself.
If you've already got a door, the motor from Bunnings is around $280. Not hard to install and Google is your friend.

Yep. Now my 4 bikes and both cars can't be got at as easily. (Not that they were anyway but it also reduces insurance.)
