I’ve had 5 to think about that game and all I can come back to agin is
We are not a coached team , I’m sorry but I don’t think we can get better with Benji and his team , we can’t attack or defend well against strong teams which means we don’t make the 8 ever under Benji and team , Richo needs to ask Benji to walk as he said he would if he can’t do the job , well he can’t , I love what he did for us as a player but no more please , time to call it a day and organise our new coach ( Brad Arthur ) would be much better , and if any player says I’m hear for Benji give them the option , play under the new coach or leave with no pay out just leave , we can’t keep dishing that rubbish up , flogged by a good team and fell over the line in the last 10 seconds against team at the bottom , no more it’s not good for players , team , club , let’s just move on again so the new coach can at least buy a few while we have spots and also watch who is hear and piss off the duds he thinks , we have plenty duds

I don't like commenting after a loss, especially one like this. However, this is the smartest comment I have seen on here for a long time. Our game plan is pathetic. Kick the ball reasonably high but not high enough to chase and always directly to the fullback. Casually run up the field, miss a few tackles, no pressure on their kickers then rinse and repeat. I thought we use to call this Taylor ball.
It would be a shame if we could play the ball quickly to stop the opposition hitting us as we receive the pass. Has Toa ever played the ball quickly without getting up complaining about the tackle or his injury. Time he was given a rest, one way or the other. His defense is very poor again. Back to his old self.
As you stated and many have implied, the coaching is not visible.
Overall, a very poor effort.

i think richo is giving Benji everything he wants and he will give him to the start of next season and say hey i gave you everything and we are not improving so walk before you are pushed.

Its almost like the players are being given conflicting messages, which leads me to conclude not everyone is on the same page within the coaching staff...

He followed that up with a hospital pass 2-plays later to give up possession on the Penrith 20M line...

Trouble is time , we can’t keep giving time to shit that just doesn’t work , if I was in charge and I know we have had truck loads of coaches but time is up now , jump now or be pushed is Mondays conversation, Brad Arthur on the phone now

For the first dozen or so minutes, sure, but we had slowly gained field position from then on and were well and truly back in the arm wrestle before Tu'itupou ruined it.
