Thanks for sharing. On Tv; on average (some exceptions) they appeared lethargic and blowing, no one supporting. Poor attack as usual. Not enthusiastic.I was at the game and haven’t watched any coverage.
And I thought it wasn’t as bad as people are making out, some extremely negative opinions but the effort was there and the general run of the game was solid.

Tupou was probably our best player.

Some people are so easily pleased. We just lost to the worst team in the comp for the second time this year.I was at the game and haven’t watched any coverage.

Yes, until his natural momentum is completed, just like as you suggested if say he was sliding into touch with a tackler in the wet.

Should just make you the coach. You seem to have all the answers and your opinions are always spot on. I know your opinions are always bang on as you argue down everyone with differing points of view. You could even join the board, become best mates with the HBG. They seem to not be able to do much wrong either. Just go a support the cows already and leave us be genius.

We lost through a lack of effort plays for mine, with not backing up the ball carrier at the heart of it. Effort and heart were at least somewhat lacking from most of the side again this afternoon.

There certainly moments where things should have been better but pretty good overall.

1 Absolute putrid missed tackles - Doeuihi, Luai & Saukuru for Suli’s try and Saukuru & ??? for Feagai’s long break in 2nd half.
2. Dumb plays & not identifying opportunities. Overall LOW IQ players & coaches.
3. Bula tries but is not it. Is the NRL’s best ‘almost’ line breaker. And his backing up leaves a lot to be desired. So if he’s not a line-breaker, if he’s not a ball player & if he’s not a backing-up merchant, what is he!
4. The lack of jerseys getting back to try to defuse Sloan’s in-field kick for their 4th try. Compare that to their jerseys chasing Samuela on that last break.
5. Same old same old poor execution in the red zone & low IQ football in general.
On the positive, Benji actually tried Mason in the middle and I reckon that’s his future. It’s taken how many rounds to try this???? Unfortunately he only got 15 mins. More dumb decisions imo.

One thing that stood out for me is that Bula couldnt break a tackle to save his life.
We had no attacking shape from 0-70th minute... then they turned into a different side and actually looked threatening...

Our forwards made a lot of tackles yet couldn’t prevent roll-ons. That tells me that there were lots of soft, non dominant tackles amongst that lot…these are Api and May specials.
We ran around a heap but couldn’t create enough opportunities to score. Our attack, apart from some of the last 10 minutes was trash.
Our backline missed 17 tackles with a few more ineffective.
This was against a team who has lost 17 games this year, has scored the least amount comp wide whilst letting in the second most this year and had a tough game last week against a top 4 side whilst our blokes had their feet up relaxing.
Not winning that game is unacceptable.

I was there too.
Paid $70 for my prime seat in bay 215, right on the halfway line.
Fantastic seats. That was about the highlight of the afternoon.
From my awesome seat, I saw Terrell May over half time stand 10 metres behind the Dragons defence and wait for his team mates come to him, rather than jog back into the line and do his job. He did three sets in a row. That is pretty good.
That was pretty good.
The fact that we ONLY got beat by the team currently coming last was pretty good.
The fact that it only took me 20 minutes getting out of the Parramatta Leagues Club car park was pretty good.
The fact that the lines for the $15 beers were so short were pretty good, along with fact that the queue to take a leek at half time were non existant were pretty good.
Yep, it was a pretty good afternoon of quality entertainment. I could not possibly have made better use of my time and money this afternoon.

I don’t want to be accused if being Hairist, BUT we need more Rangas in the team. Seyfarth hits the line as hard as he can and even without footwork he breaks the odd tackle. Rangas are genetically angry and annoying. Other teams use them why can’t we? The Bros might get inspired to back up if we had a couple more.
