Far from clinical, but plenty of grit.
Someone tell me how a hip drop can be called for a one on one tackle ? Anyone who’s played the game knows you cannot slide upwards,
Then a penalty for a shoulder charge that did not connect ?
Based on that theory every tackle could be considered a high tackle that missed.
Anyway 2 points is very valuable and plenty of Wests Tigers supporters at the game today which was great to see.

Latu is still weeks away, or off the bench at best, again only played 40 again today for the Maggies as they are returning him carefully.

Will be Sezer and Sullivan for however long Galvin is out.

Anywhere from 1-3. Plaith from the Dolphins copped a grade 3 dangerous contact (1st offence) which is 2 with the guilty plea, 3 if challenges and loses.

I think Latu only playing those minutes has more to do with him being 18th or 19th man along with Matamua, to cover potential warm-up injuries for the main game.

No it wasnt. There was no controversy except maybe at the death
Fifty 50s l seemed to go their way... Hard to see offsides on TV but hard to believe we were so ill discipline and still win and them so behaved and not get over 15 and 14 olayers

That effort in defense 2nd quarter was immense and won us the game... Hopefully we can get to the stage where we can compete without infringing so often... But I had a feeling Medway thru the 2nd hf we'd get them... They were treading water
They all should be very proud and good to see some aggro from Ute... He was a machine early

Apart from that rush of blood grubber, Seyfarth was enormous. Benji couldn’t bring him off. Coming off the bench he’s a real point of difference.
Starting to remind me of a Dallas Johnson type player one of Craig Bellamy's all time favourite player's all effort and heart

Sivo is a shadow of himself. Moves like a 50yr old out there and that’s before he was injured.

The run around from Sezer and Seyfarth for the Olam try was beautiful. The bacline moves and the sight of a big 5/8 cutting through the line and ball playing is outstanding. Bula hit the accelerator with his try.

Plenty of condescending comments about the coaches using run around plays several weeks back, but the simple play remains a good one from juniors to internationals when executed well, which Seyfarth and Sezer did today to get the win.
