Like we did yesterday against the worst performed side in the comp?Your view is based on the condition that we keep losing. What's your view if we win without him ?

I have no trouble with us aiming high ....but comparing the rosters of the 2024 Penrith and 2025 WTs isn't realisticI hope the Tigers under Richo do begin to model ourselves on the strong clubs. Its about time we hold good players to their contracts in the face of all the manager’s bullshit. A player trade in our favour is the only positive outcome if he walks.
Its not letting him go 18 months early.I would have left Galvin in state cup personally. I think our club has to stand for something.
100%Correct me if I’m wrong but Benji said in the press conference that dropping Galvin was more about getting him out of the spotlight than a direct retaliation to him not staying at the Tigers. I think it’s important to remember that the media narrative is always going to be extreme given they need to use sensationalism to have people read their dribble. It’s likely that whatever is actually going on within the club and squad is a lot less controversial.
I don’t think this is embarrassing for the club at all. If Galvin performs, great. If he doesn’t, then Latu comes back into the side when fit. Ultimately, I didn’t think Doueihi played well at 7. I think it would be more embarrassing to stick with that option, cutting off our nose to spite our face so to speak.

Thats how i see it - i think it shows the club has no ill will towards LG and have picked what they consider the best team for the game. All the club has actually said is there will be no release from his contract and i'm fine if they stick to that and pick him when neccessary. No doubt the media will put a spin on it about throwing him to the lions ( fans ) at LO but that will be just clickbait.Correct me if I’m wrong but Benji said in the press conference that dropping Galvin was more about getting him out of the spotlight than a direct retaliation to him not staying at the Tigers. Well they played a Parra side chock full of first graders at Lidcombe (with Galvin dropped) they only got beaten by 12.Also there's not a team in the comp who has a weaker 18-22 than us. Not one of them is remotely close to first grade standard.
Our roster is by far the weakest in the comp. Our NSW Cup squad abysmal. How do we get recruitment so wrong?
I think actions speak louder than words hence the selection of Galvin and Matamua. The club and players have refuted the allegations today. Also, it's one thing to select Matamua to play forward, it's another entirely to select him in a position he hasn't played since juniors. I don't get it.
It would be nice to know where Charlie is ???Sounds like it was either bring Faatape or Lobb onto the wing or bring Galvin back.
Anyone know where Staines has disappeared to?
My feeling is maybe Benji underestimated the Eels .......I thought I compared the strategy of resting the players for a week.
If there is/was no bullying, why would he get knocked out by one of his own?Can you get sent off for knocking out one of your own?
If Galvin is serious about the bullying charges, surely he stands down? That could be the angle Benji & Richo are playing at.
Maybe. I always find it hard to accept the Wests Tigers could be complacent given our history. My feeling is maybe Benji underestimated the Eels .......
My feeling is if Benji doesn’t start smiling once in a while, maybe this coaching caper is not for him.My feeling is maybe Benji underestimated the Eels .......
Well seeing everyone was being told Moses wouldn't be back till after the bye ....maybe Benji thought it would be a Mosesless Eels .....Maybe. I always find it hard to accept the Wests Tigers could be complacent given our history.

Depends how you spin it. Last week we were removing him from the limelight yet still giving him a run. Benji has stated he still believes Galvin is the future of the club. Makes sense he would recall him after a loss against the team coming 17th.Completely agree and I said last week that we shouldn’t have dropped him but if we think Galvin is the best option then he should’ve stayed in the squad. Bringing him back into the squad puts him and his manager in a position of power by showing that we’re reliant on them and making the club look weak
Where is this beast that that everyone builds him up to be? I mean, he’s okay, but some talk him up like he’s Taupau circa 2014-15. He’s just a dude that provides a bit of punch off the bench. Doesn’t set the world alight.Hope Roycey makes a statement against his old club
