LIVE GAME Round 9 versus Sharks

Live Game Discussion
Well this past week sums up the highs & lows of being a Wests Tigers supporter.

From knowing your Marquis man is leaving after one more season, to the elation at three crucial signings, keeping the bones of the team in good stead, to losing a game BADLY and losing two more of your best, one arguably your best attacking weapon, possibly for weeks if Adam's injury is worse than they already think.

You wouldn't be dead for quids, as much as this club & the "Football Gods" try to kill you! 😆
Well said.

We conceded the magic number. You can cross off the premiership hopes now
Every record is meant to be broken. I believe this early-season blow out loss was part of Bunji's plan to recruit me to replace Toa next week as a Speed Hump centre. Just waiting for the call.... almost cricket season here in Adelaide 1957. 🐯 😂 🍻

How about Foxleague showing the graphic, displaying how many errors Tino had today?

Along with the crying Tigers fan extreme close up.

Ennis having the time of his life, bursting into laughter at one point.

Diabolical broadcast today, on top of the abysmal hit out.

I was thinking maybe the 10 days between the games was a bad thing maybe Benji gave them to much time off to relax it sounds like it

voss kept going on and on too, complete DH

Tavana also got hung out to dry by his centre not even trying to help him out.
There was a real lack of communication in the team today, even more so when Doueihi got injured. None of the kickers kicked to conditions except for the long range drop goal from Madden, who I thought at times overplayed his hand.

The boys weren't passing the ball around as much as they have in recent games & I put that down to not having Api there running from dummy half, drawing defence before starting a chain of passing even amongst the forwards. Possession is everything in the modern game & they kept finding ways to give Cronulla enough ball to win 3 games.

Our big boys didn't seem to have the impact that they have shown in every other match this season, they didn't really get much ball & weren't making the big metres they have been when they did. Not having that go forward gave our backline less room to work with & the Sharks were up in their faces. The Sharks forwards surprised me, apart from AFB, I don't really rate their pack considering their size, but they were rolling down the field in that 2nd half against what should have been an 18 point wind.

Benji might just have to swing the axe, he already looks like having Adam & Samuela on the sideline along with Api, Bula, KPP possibly even Turuva, but there will need to be other changes if he wants to tighten those edges which were found out way too easily.

It'd be interesting to see all the player stats out of that game.
