Nope. This only counts for players who played for Wests or Balmain in 1999\. It doesn't count players who may have played for either club prior to 1999 and then joined WT in 2000.

There weren't many from the Wests side. Just the McGuiness brothers, Skando, Mescia, Georgalis and Pomery

Balmain i'd say Senter, O'Neill, Field, Caine, Nable, Milford, Stinson, Gillett, Duckworth, Dunley, Benny G, Lauder, O'Donnell, Tyran Smith, Lowrie, Walker
