Yep - Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon completely divided that country. The hatred is so strong now, particularly flamed from right wing media, that makes you wonder how the US could ever really work together as a whole again. Scary times.

You could make a "Conspiracy Theory" about Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon being a plant from a foreign country designed to weaken the USA.It may be completely wrong but that is the effect he has had there

1. Kiev existed before Moscow did
2. Ukraine has had a seat at the UN, independent of Russia and USSR, since 1945.
3. In 1991 the UN officially acknowledged Ukraine as an independent nation.
4. in 1994, RUSSIA signed the Budapest memorandum in which Russia acknowledged the independence of Ukraine within its existing borders.
5. In 2014 in response to the Russian invasion, the UN passed resolution 68/262 reinforcing the sovereignty of Ukraine within its existing borders.

Which of these have I got wrong?

Quite amazing that I actually watched some of the events that 5150 posted about a few posts above decades ago, just as I did the other night from New York, yet they don't exist in your world.
