Ryan Tandy found dead

Inglis? Bird? how about we get current on the same charge and go with Sandow…. both were almost the same, werent match fixing, as in neither bet on the result of the game, rather tried to make the most of a betting option.

That said, I have had a rough life and luckily survived thus far. Ryan chose his path and paid dearly for it, I dont feel sorry for him, though my heart still goes out to his family. This is one of those cases where ones life choices affect the masses worse than the perpetrator.

The last couple of days has seen a little more info released on the actual cause of Ryan's demise, it apparently wasn't suicide or illicit drugs it was a simple misjudgement on his prescription medication.
Ryan suffered a career ending injury while playing in France following his 'ban' from playing NRL, since his career ended he was involved in a incident that had parallels with Paul Hayward a tragic former Newtown player that sadly had similar connections and outcomes.
During the week a journo spoke openly and honestly that Ryan was a man of his word and the journo trusted him, joining the Storm should have been the pinnacle of his career instead he was one of the sacrificial Lambs so to speak when it came to his services being no longer required in Melbourne.
As far as the match fixing scandal that culminated in his life long ban from the NRL Fair dinkum, how could a player described as a 'journey man', ie a player of limited ability orchestrate such an elaborate scheme?.
