Scarecrow protest

If (when) we get beaten (flogged) by the Rabbitohs on Thursday after Taylor has once again refused to ring some changes into our gutless, insipid team from last week something drastic needs to be done to show the supporters displeasure.
Perhaps a mass display of homemade scarecrows set up outside Concord with every available WT fan joining along in a sing along of the classic "If I only had a brain" from Wizard Of Oz.
No excuses will be available from JT if we lose again this week,he has made his bed now….....he will have to lie in it.

Players can wear the grey jersey so they look like tin man and can ask the wizard for a heart

They are lucky they are not an Italian or South American Soccer club.

The training ground would have been a place for mass protests or derision.

Or have their Cars smashed in outside the ground.

Par for the course over there.

As President and Founder of the Pasty Face Scarecrow movement , I endorse the above statement

Will Kidwell be up for dressing as Dorothy? He certainly teaches our blokes to tackle like she would.

The Wizard of Oz 1,2,3 tackle:
1\. Spin them round in a tornado
2\. Drop a farmhouse on them
3\. If they try for a quick play the ball, have a chorus line of singing dancing midgets pin them down.

It's a sad reflection on the state of my team that I often find reading the forum more entertaining that watching a game. Jason Taylor should print this thread and tape a copy on each players locker.

Scarecrow great album/CD from John Cougar Mellencamp.

The lyrics to the song Rumbleseat is WT fans to a tee

"I feel sorry for myself that's an easy thing to do, I feel sorry for the world, I feel sorry for you, yes I am a pitiful sight, I can't seem to get one thing right"

Or from the Song "minutes to memories"

"Sorry son they are just memories for you now (i.e 2005 Grand Final, Marshall in his heyday)"

I think this would be harsh. Lets try and not make this personal.

The right channels IMO.

Send formal letters to CEO and keep inputting good reasoning here.

Every year is the same, the drums start beating louder and louder as the season rolls on and every year we get a pledge from the head honcho that their is a new vision for the future and there is a four year plan that will lead us to a Grand final.

Guess what it never ever happens, so yes there needs to be some massive protests that grab the eye of the media and gets splashed all over the place so our shakers and movers have nowhere to hide

Stop showing up to home games will get the message through , when the away fans outnumber the home fans they won't like that message

The Wizard of Oz. How apt. Strangers brought together, in search of a brain, a heart, courage and a home.

Not sure what to make of any connotations of the Wicked Witch of the West though…

Yes it is harsh. About as harsh as a 60-6 scoreline handed to us by a pretty mediocre Raiders side.

Problem with that Happy they get the same coin from ANZ if one punter or 30 thousand punters turn up,and at Cambo and LO the crowds will desert them now anyway. Near impossible to attract a crowd to our traditional grounds when we are getting done every week
