Yes it is harsh. About as harsh as a 60-6 scoreline handed to us by a pretty mediocre Raiders side.

Pretty mediocre? Not doing bad for a side that's pretty mediocre, sitting in the 8\. It's where they will finish too. Us on the other hand…....We are pretty mediocre.

Yep bloody oath the Raiders are a mediocre side, they certainly aren't a heavyweight of the comp. The only team they have beaten who are in the 8 are the Bulldogs, they got smashed by Parra and Cronulla. They are ordinary.
We are more ordinary.
Bit early to blow your bolt over the Raiders yet Gunther, wait till they play Cows, Broncos etc and see how they measure up. WT have been in the top 8 this early in the season plenty of times too in recent years.

Mediocre actually means about average, neither good or bad.

Canberra by you explanation would be exactly mediocre.

I think people have colloquialised Mediocre to be very poor, it actually means proper average..
