Come on boys, weve seen improvement, and weve come a long way since that Canberra game, but now is the time to stand up. We have our best 17 to be picked(pretty much no injuries and SOO done) and our next 2 games at ANZ stadium against the Dragons and the Eels. They are must win games if we are any chance to make the semis. Lets get some big crowds out there and help the boys get over the line. Go you mighty tigers!!!!

Well really we will know after our next game, saints look awful, they have no Dugan, Benji is battling injury, and they are averaging 13 points a game, if we don't beat them we have no claim to a top 8 spot.

Agree 100%. Dragons is a must win. But we have to follow it up the following week aswell. After todays results, Parra are almost no chance to make it. We drop either game and we dont deserve it.

This is the time for us to show some consistency….Given our lack of experience and the learning curve we are on, the performances against Melbourne, Penrith and Canterbury were all strong. If we play to that level and avoid a slow start, similar to the one against the Storm, we win easily. After that, we need to raise the level even higher against the Eels. In order to make the 8, the formula is simple, beat the Dragons and Eels, then use the momentum to keep going. We have the potential. It's just a matter of realising it.

This Dragons game is as close as we have come to 'MUST WIN'. We could possibly afford to drop it, but it would make our task so much harder. I sure hope the players know this and turn up ready to play!

I hate byes, as WT don't play as well as they should after it.
Anyway i hope we put a cricket score on the Dragons. Our for and against can sure use it.

When is the last time the WT really put a massive score on another team? we seem to get off to fliers than let the other team back into the match.

you are spot on
Fair nuff we might not lose those games but geez it eats the points differential..

The emphasis should be converting 4 into 6 and keeping the points on us to a minimal.
I have seen them play 1 dimensional, just worrying about winning or losing..

Yeah,it's very noticeable it's as if they go into a shell for fear of blowing a lead and losing.

I know its ages ago but the warriors game. I think we were up by 24 and just ended up winning at the end. The way the dragons are playing and with injuries, we should smash them by a cricket score this weekend and set the trend to go on a run.

we need to stomp these kind of games.

We need the team to turn up with the attitude they turned up with against manly and the warriors right back in round 1 and 2.

We have games vs the cowboys and the sharks which we need to be able to put lines through and still make the 8.

gee the draw is nasty - not our draw necessarily, just the log jam of teams playing around us.

I just did a predictor which was generous to our lads to say the least, and we were missing the 8 with 30 points… :astonished:

We don't play the Sharks again, do you mean the Raiders?

First and foremost we need to win. What we need if we do is to rack up a score and win by a minimum of 20\. It would do 2 things which is show we're up for the challenge of sneaking in, and it would do wonders for the F/A. Would also help if the Broncos put a cricket score on Penrith too.

Wow. I did the same & got 9th. Looks like we might might be relying on Titans/Panthers/Warriors dropping some games for us to sneak in. Round 24 away against Panthers will be crucial.
