Sheens.
Incumbent Aussie coach.
Only premiership for the tigers in 40 years.
Took Panthers to first semis.
Took Raiders to first of three premierships.
Coached about a million games.
Yeah,lets get rid of him.You peanuts!!!!Bwahahahahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!
@jirskyr said:Ultimately I am happy with our one premiership under Sheens.
I take it as badly as anyone when we don't make the semis every year, but the truth is I waited 25 years to see a Tigers premiership team and T Sheens is the man who made it happen. If you were to tell me that we will win the comp this year then miss out on the semis for another 6, I'd accept it right now.
His time will eventually come to an end, but the team is in good condition and we can potentially win every game, so I can't see any reason to hook him when there are no clearly superior alternatives.
@Staks said:Sir Sheens will probably type out his own contract.
@Icon said:"We've been experimenting with some new ideas and we'll have a slightly different look to our game," Sheens said.
"If the injury gods and the video referee and the shape of the ball do the right thing, then we'll certainly have the right attitude.
"We'll still be a side that can score points but we had 15 less tries scored against us last year than we've had since I've been there, so I'd like to better that again.
"That will win us those close games this year."
