Have to admit I reckon that Sheens retort was a cheap shot to someone's frank analysis of how we're playing. Given I'm not about to neck myself over the last three weeks, we've been anything but dominant in the middle. If anything, I hope Sheens and the boys use Gallen's assessment as motivation for this weekend.

Just remember they did something we couldn't do by knocking off Manly, and they showed the NRL the right way to do it, by matching them in the middle, all the while we conceded a handful of tries up the guts against the Dragons.
 
But Damo u said fair and square, the tigers were dudded of calls which allowed the sharks to be as close as they were!
And the ppl who charged down were not off side, go and watch it again as I did.
And I would be happy to be beaten every week if it meant we r on top on the scoreboard!

mate stop being so one eyed they jumped the gun lucky not to be penalised. oh my mate sando saundo is it hi yeah great we won on a refs mistake it only painted over how bad we were yeah won that one .but well were at bottom of ladder my friend. lost the next two getting worse instead of better. i ll give you one thing you are that one eyed youve gone blindin that one eye.
 
Damo please, I'm not one eyed, the team r under performing terribly and I'm not at all confident against the raiders.. The team should be going so much better!
But I'm making it clear for u they were not off side, look at the tape, it's not a matter I opinion way h the tape!
Sharks didn't lose because of the refs, they were denied a scrum, those r facts

Damo, we had our own share of crappy calls against Cronulla. If that first Cronulla try was called a forward pass, it doesn't even get into extra time to complain about a crappy ref's call.
 
Valid call and great retort.

Whats not to like? Our young boys will aim up, we just need the experienced guys to really step up and pump them up.

I cant fathom how negative people are….

I reckon some blokes on here would score a date with Jennifer Hawkins and complain about having to fork out for dinner.

We're not soft, we lost a game, badly, so what...will happen to just about every team this year.

If we were soft we would not have run top 4 last 2 seasons.
 
Our captain admitted we were soft, yet some people still can't admit to themselves that something isn't right. I think a lot of people might be looking at this through Black, White and Gold glasses
 
Don't forget Gallen said we were"weak up the guts" when HE played us.
Galloway and Ellis were in that run on team -so if you think they're not the weak links (or Farah) it puts the spotlight right on a few others!

I watched the interview and thought Gallen's comments were spot on. Sharks intended to exploit what they felt was a weakness, and he was right.
