That's because Australia is filled with too many left wing do gooders who refuse to take a hardline against criminals and fanatical groups. It's about time we became fanatical about a saying that's been going around for as long as I have been alive….."Australia, love it or leave it!"

Out of the 20 million or so who live in Australia, how many people know the words to "Advance Australia Fair" or "Wlatzing Matilda." Actually, how many of the 5 million people in Sydney know how to sing those songs?

Everyone who lives in Australia should know those songs and the history behind them. It's not much to ask of those who want to live in the world's greatest country.

Your spot on Chris Top Post, can I add the same can be said about Shop signage in shops around Auburn and Cabramatta have the respect to have the shop signage in English not in Chinese were no one knows what the hell it is. :rant

He got dead, that's what he got. Sadly he took a couple of innocent people with him.

So sorry for all those involved in this tragedy and in particular the two lives tragically lost and their families.
Dont know about Auburn, but i was visiting Cabramatta today and there is a continually growing floral tribute with burning incense and pics of the two brave victims in Freedom Plaza Cabramatta. Yeh sure many shops have many different asian languages on their shopfronts but most also have english as well. In all honesty the Cabramatta locals, of all nationalities, absolutely love Australia's freedom and society and want so much to be a part of Australia.
I would recommend anyone to go to Cabramatta and nearby Canley Hts that have without doubt the best asian cuisine in Australia bar none.
 
Cabramatta is kool. Its an experience for the senses. Its the Vietnam i go to when Im not in Vietnam

Hey Blackpearl , i know all about Cabramatta , Canley Heights area , i grew up in Fairfield till i got out of there 8 years ago . I even played for Canley Vale Kookas as a kid .
Things must of changed big time cause when my Asian mates used to take me in to Cabramatta i used to say to them "what's this shop your taking me into "? :laughing: . We used to go for lunch there all the time there and your 100% correct they do have the best Cuisine by far .

One of my best mates in school Minh would always get me over his place for dinner's and wouldn't meet nicer people …. His Dad would tell me stories about the Vietnam War and the bloke would tear up.
It just used to get to me as a young kid not knowing what the shops were .
 
every one should go to Vietnam once before they day just to walk through the jungle of screaming souls.
