On the Chane Peni situation I'm very close with Chance, what I've been told was that he wasn't happy with the Knights and wanted to get out, then the Tigers offered him a contract and he felt settled in and got along really well….. He was promised an NRL debut against the Dogs about 2 years ago but then fractured his hand and Deliouse Hoeter took his spot.

He toured the Storms facility's and was flown over with JAC behind the clubs back, both really enjoyed it and JAC signed with Storm while Peni went to WA where he's family is, Chance had no problem with the Tigers management and is still friends with the Tigers players now, he's killing it at The Force and is best mates with Rona. So I think Peni would be saying positive things to Rona about us not negatives, he wouldn't give Newcastle the best word but......

You are right, and I thought Peni should have played in front of quite a few others as well

Chance is killing it at force, one of there best players….. Doubt he'd come back as he has lots of family in WA, but he might not have a choice if the Force get the boot.

Peni is out for the rest of the season for the Force through injury. IIRC he has done his knee? Don't need Ballin Mkll. Looked good in a few bits and pieces I saw of Force games earlier this season though.

Should be sniffing around Reimis Smith from the dogs & Gela-Moseby from the cowboys. Smith is a 196cm 96kg outside back (centre/wing) & Gela-Moseby has speed to burn and can cover wing and fullback. Think both have more upside than suggestion like Bryson Goodwin
