From SSTID2036 off the Warren

Tigers offered Souths packer Eisenhuth and Elijah Taylor & we said no to all 3

Packers hasn’t been offered to Souths at any stage. Eisenhuth Mcqueen and Taylor were offered in a bid to get gebbie.

Thanks for the info woke, was it any of the three or more than one? What was the response? Is it still a live option?

Any of the 3. Personally thought huth was a decent offer.

Souths only just signed Gebbie right? Why would they let him go already?

Souths has high hopes of adding arrow. Not happening now. They have a weak pack and excess backs. And they are still on the search to bolster the pack but have limited funds.

Just seems strange to sign someone and let them go so quickly. They seem to rate him too, he’ll probably carve up at the Nines.

Priorities change and wayne is in the win now business . Souths gonna be in all sorts in 2-3 years time cap wise

Gebbie has done ok in Q Cup but he’s no star. Tyson Gamble carved up there too, although the Broncos still think he will play NRL at some stage

What do people think of bring Duggan to the tigers, but only if the sharks pay at least 1/2 of his current salary . He can cover , wing , center , fullback, he is injury pron but he can also be a match winner, would be a good buy if we got him cheap me thinks.

Great player on his day
But he has bird bones

He wouldn't come here for what I'd be willing to pay

pretty much confirms we're looking to move Eisenhuth and Taylor on at the end of the year when they come off contract. would like to see us throw Taylor's money at a decent 13, I think Seyfarth will end up in the front row.

A souff's numpty says something on the warren and that comfirms this...

wow..

A lot of those numpty's have been pretty accurate this offseason. Said AJ was going nowhere, said LM was a done deal (when we were still thinking he'd come here) and said AD was coming here when everyone was saying Roosters... there are some people on there that have seriously good oil..

Yeah Hemp oil

Had a brief chat this afternoon with tigers management in regards to what is the position on the 30th slot. Basically they don’t have a specific need to address now. Seem content with the current squad and won’t be forcing anything. The theme of the conversation was if the right fit becomes available the will go hard to secure them.

Didn't someone just say Dugan's body is shot? Pass for me

CH9 - after shopping him around and obviously finding no takers for his $900k contract, Cronulla believe his knees are shot and he has a bad attitude. Shaun Johnson rebutted the bad attitude excuse now saying that Dugan participated really well in their training camp. Must be hugely embarrassing for the Sharks.

That offer would have been made while Souths still had a slight chance of getting Arrow
They have no chance of Arrow for 2020 so things have changed a little IMO
Bennett needs Forwards
He is hanging for a better forward but I don't think he will get one
Bennett thinks he is holding 4 Aces
But Madge is holding a Royal Flush this time
Madge can't loose in this game
Bennett is going to need to fold before he loses not only this game but the season
He won't win without bolstering his forward pack
If south's don't do very well this year it will be Bennett's last season in the NRL IMO
He won't want that
Pressure is on now that he has been sacked as England Coach
Just my opinion but he can't be happy with his current pack

Yeah the squad looks good if the Grant trade happens.

Goalkicking and lock are my main concerns.

Bit hard to stick the knife into a fellow player ...doesn't help team harmony

We all know the gummies have that princess sense of entitlement. How can you shop one of your players around, get little interest and then suggest he is medically unfit (oh and has a bad attitude). The gummies should think back a few years about the club's behaviour.

A sophisticated bi lingual guy like Dugan would fit in well at the Catalan Dragons.Est-ce que tu parles Bo-gan mes nouveaux couquipiers?

Couldn't be funnier that the Sharks pulled a salary-cap swifty to get Shaun Johnson on their books and he has been a massive grogan for them so far. What an expensive mistake!

Rumour breaking by Tigers worst member (pooper) that Dugan is on the nose at the Sharks with team mates due to poor attitude.
Got to say I think this bloke is a heartless fake. So overrated. In the Moses category in terms of gutlessness

Different type though. Dugan is just injury prone and tends to struggle to get back up once hit hard. Moses is more mentally weak...when things are going great he's a very good player but he'll never overcome adversity when his team have their backs against the wall.

Dugan is Steve Matai mark 2. Injured after every hit up.

Played 23 games last season.

And to add to that had a very good season. But when a player of Dugan's age and injury history takes up that much cap space with a club struggling to stay under the cap - no doubt he has had the tap on the shoulder.

Might change if Reynolds gets canned by nrl

And struggling to retain Xerri.
