Just saw on facebook, the boys from the Podcast saying theres a rumour that Eiso leaving will bring Seizer to the club this year.

Dont understand our interest in Seizer..a proven fringe 1st grader at best.Weve got several of these already in the 6 and 7s,plus some kids coming thru ...
We need better than Seizer if were gonna bring someone in this position into the club..aim higher Madge!

Don’t agree he was in the GF team for Canberra solid player defensively and an excellent kicker.
The key is Brooks but he is the ideal partner for him in the halves wont over call and provides stability.

Agree. I think we could do far worse than Seizer on a 2.5 year deal assuming either one or both of Benji and Reynolds finish up/move on after this year. Brooks has shown big improvement in all areas, except for his end of set kicks in attacking areas. I think Seizer brings a big of calm at those times which Brooks benefits from. Not to mention the goal kicking.
However you wouldn't be upset with either of the Panthers sixes, Burton or luai, both look to be special

Madge might think about playing Brooks at 6 let him run, get Seizer to manage the game. But seems like we are collecting half’s bit like a few years ago when we were collecting hookers. In the long run I don’t see Reynolds and Brooks working grub is just frantic and Brooks is too inconsistent. Benji might be guest appearances from now on.

You had me all the way till you mentioned Luai. Don’t rate him at all.

As for Sezer it all depends on the $ like all signings. If we can get an experienced half who can defend, has a good kicking game and can kick goals at a decent price, that’s a huge piece of the puzzle for us.

Yep. Agree unfortunately. If someone has a better option for the halves, I'm all ears. I for one would like to see someone who can kick goals. It's proven we haven't got anyone with talent if Marshall is our first choice. If Sezer can fit into Madges style of game and knows what he's in for he may be good. The contract is the main thing I'm worried about. 2 year deal max.
