So just to clear the JAC situation up a little.

I got an email from the club to confirm Tigers are interested in JAC but not as a Fullback and only a winger and wingers price not FB price. They are not prepared to over pay and won't get involved in a circus with other clubs and media.

Just thought I would pass on as its good to hear and we don't want anther LM situation.

Sounds good. Anything more than $600k at the max would be overs.

Wonder if that means they’re after Staines as well, media seems to think so. Add in JAC, Staines and a decent forward and it’s an improved team, still needs a lot of work and guys to be moved on but it’s a step in the right direction for sure

Considering we don't have a lot of money Staines would be the best fit for our team. Fingers crossed but I was glad to hear the update.

Staines and Burton would be good, they might like to stay together

Burton might not get a run with Benji playing on.

For the love of god no, Benji cranks on about being the backup, but he never is

How did you get this info Jonesy? Do you have a direct line to WT Recruitment HQ?

I have been emailing Justin for a few years now about things and he always replies back to me and all the info he has given me over the time has ended correctly. So for me I will trust him until proven differently.
I just thought I would share as the forum is going nuts over JAC and about paying overs etc..

I dont think that would work to well, many on the forum wanted the club to throw 1m-1.3 m at LM earlier in the year.Some still even want Benji playing again next year

Justin is quite open in his dealings with supporters, I have found him to be very approachable.

Well well that JAC info backs up what i was already thinking ie he is no chance to come here and all the talk has been his management trying to use us to bump up his price.

Mitchell all over again.

As a winger we barely even need him, start looking elsewhere and spend the cap more wisely.

Heres an idea, a half who can take ownership of our fortunes.

No I don't know him personally or involved in the club, but as i said above I just wanted to pass on this info i got just to give some peace of mind to others that have been discussing paying overs and putting JAC at FB.
All my past contacts with him has been correct in the end but this might be wrong but until it is I will trust the info. He seems like a nice guy and even when they were dealing with the Ivan C exit rubbish he still found the time to reply to me late at night.

Id rather spend that elsewhere and run with our current outside backs and rookies.
