I wonder what a survey on how many Wests Tiger supporters intend to watch tonight's tonight would show. Clean out the loafers in the team Madge. The sooner the better. If it can be done at the end of this season then so be it.

Tonight will be the first game I haven’t watched live on TV or at the ground in over 10 years. It’s my personal protest, won’t count for much, I’m only one person, but I’m just sick of our mediocrity. It’s boring. Still want them to win, but sick of being angry and annoyed at our inability to compete

Well if we had a team of rep players it might be something to worry about, but with this bunch? Keep your protests for on the field. Protest against the teams trying to knock you out of the top four.

The warrior halves showed us how to control a game - Our halves should be watching this..

Also whats even worse and convinces me we needs new halves - The sharks lose there starting 6 & 7 and replace them with reserve grade players and they would sh#t all over our halves.. They have played under 20 games between them and are killing it.. It's just depressing..

Wouldn't surprise me at all, defence doesn't fall apart that quickly without some sort of unrest.

Doueihi needs to become a much better ballplayer if we're going to run him at 6. I like the idea of grabbing Staines and Burton, but we need to be careful with how green our spine would be. The Tigers had a relatively young spine when we won the comp in 05, but Hodgson and Prince had both played state of origin and Marshall and Farah have gone on to become 2 legends of the game. Obviously we didn't know they'd be that good then, but with the benefit of hindsight it's pretty clear that a young spine having success like that is more the exception than it is the rule and they were all great players.

If we're planning to write-off next year and probably not really be a contender until 2023, then I can see the logic. But what's the point of creating a young team and then by the time they're ready to compete, they're all gonna come off contract. We need a mix of young, improving players who exceed their cap number and veterans who are win now players to continually compete. Otherwise you just end up at square 1 again (see what happened to us after 2013/14 when we ushered in the Big 4).

If Doueihi was moved to 5/8 we would need to look at new outside backs. He is to tall.

Get rid of the players then simple. If they played better Madge wouldn’t have to be so hard on them, it’s not hard to figure out ?

Hopefully the club sticks behind the coach and let’s him go about with his clean out instead of booting him

I don’t really rate Madge but I rate our players less ?

Get rid of the lot (excluding AD, Luc, Aloiai, Twal and some of the young guys)

The players have some nerve being upset about hard training considering we haven’t made finals since 2011 and they’re playing like crap. Shows the loser mentality we have to get rid of, at least Madge wants them to work hard at training and on the field if they can’t handle it then bye bye

If true, it just goes to show how rotten our culture has been and a culture where players have never been accountable for anything. These goons won't last anywhere else, it's called the NRL and there should be no free rides, especially not at our club anymore.
