Gerard Condon on SEN with Jimmy Smith yesterday check the podcast

Condon believes Grant’s management is looking to secure him a deal of close to $800,000 a season over five years.

“Right at the moment his management is deep in discussions about a long-term contract,” he added.

“I would suggest probably four or five years, and I would say growing to around $800,000 a year.”

Grant's future at the Storm is still uncertain with Cameron Smith undecided on his 2021 plans.

Smith clearly wants to play on . It would be too easy for him to say he’s retired from the game now .

If it wasn’t for Harry he’d be signed on with the storm already .

The Storm could afford to lose Brandon Smith but not Harry Grant .

I think if Cam plays on next year it will be with the Titans, so the Storm don’t loose HG and BS.

Lose not loose.

Yes you’re correct my bad, I do try and check my spelling and correct them after posting.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles has added real backline speed for next season after securing two of the best young wingers in the NRL.

The Sea Eagles have signed Christian Tuipulotu on a four-year deal and have followed it up with the signature of Jason Saab for three years. Both players become part of Manly’s top 30 squad for the 2021 season.

After securing a release from the final year of his contract with the Sydney Roosters, Tuipulotu commenced pre-season training with the Sea Eagles this week.

Sad that Manly sign the two best young wingers on the market yet we're struggling to find quality candidates. Both of these wingers are better than our current wing prospects.

I have a feeling BB Kepaoa is going to be a gem although he reminds me of a faster version of Craig Innes. I also believe we should not be blocking the pathways for Rizk and I also believe Scolari will be in the mix.

Am I the only one who isn't impressed by Saab and not overly fussed we missed him?

I’m with you on that. He’s really tall but didn’t really dazzle me when I saw him

Madge tried to get Saab during the year and was ridiculed by nearly everyone on here with post about every car brand that you could think of.

I think Rizk will be in the mix, scolari maybe, but tuipolutu is a dynamic and evasive player. Rizk is, scolari is a bit more pure pace and fight, but stepping, creativity and power isn't his go.

Kepaoa while a highly talented kid with pace is again a less dynamic Tuipolutu. Sure the juniors rated the highest don't always kick on, and Asu sure seems to have a good head on his shoulders so that will serve him well, but when playing in the same team CT got all the wraps and Asu was fairly anonymous.

Just curious as to why the Roosters flicked him and deleted his profile from their website so quickly.
Behaviour issues?

Probably because he disrespected the Don by looking outside the family

I your not I too am yet to see his worth.

From what I saw he doesn't hit the line hard on kick returns, seems very lightweight in the size stakes and shows no real enthusiasm.
The only positive I see is that he would be a great target for kicks....
. . . He can't hit the line hard.
He'd break.

He seems to have that Luke Brooks demeanour about him. He will no doubt fill out though in the next few years, wouldn't write him off just yet.

Everyone said that Paps would have to get his body right as well, we all know how that panned out.

In the game against the Dragons at Corrimal, Rizk was up against one of the Feagai bros and made his life difficult. He is one of those players who has the crowd on edge because he has the footwork, pace and strength. He nearly won the game right at the end with almost no room to move down the left touchline left a couple of defenders grasping. He is an exciting prospect.

CONTROVERSIAL Brisbane prop Matt Lodge is close to signing a multi-million dollar deal with the New Zealand Warriors for the next three seasons.
