Garner for Sirro is interesting. Garner is a better hole runner but is very weak defensievely but is on 250k. Sirro is a solid defender and solid attacker but is on 500k and had a history or injury, albeit not recently.

On face value we're getting an old but more solid player but on twice the price, and he'd want a 3 year deal at 500k. Will we be better off in 2-3 years time?

I disagree that Garner is a better hole runner. Garner ran some good lines off Brooks for half a season, made a handful of line breaks.

Siro has been doing it off DCE for a few years now.

Siro is a massive upgrade on Garner.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles has added real backline speed for next season after securing two of the best young wingers in the NRL.

The Sea Eagles have signed Christian Tuipulotu on a four-year deal and have followed it up with the signature of Jason Saab for three years. Both players become part of Manly’s top 30 squad for the 2021 season.

After securing a release from the final year of his contract with the Sydney Roosters, Tuipulotu commenced pre-season training with the Sea Eagles this week.

Sad that Manly sign the two best young wingers on the market yet we're struggling to find quality candidates. Both of these wingers are better than our current wing prospects.

I have a feeling BB Kepaoa is going to be a gem although he reminds me of a faster version of Craig Innes. I also believe we should not be blocking the pathways for Rizk and I also believe Scolari will be in the mix.

I think Rizk will be in the mix, scolari maybe, but tuipolutu is a dynamic and evasive player. Rizk is, scolari is a bit more pure pace and fight, but stepping, creativity and power isn't his go.

Kepaoa while a highly talented kid with pace is again a less dynamic Tuipolutu. Sure the juniors rated the highest don't always kick on, and Asu sure seems to have a good head on his shoulders so that will serve him well, but when playing in the same team CT got all the wraps and Asu was fairly anonymous.

**Kei is a Michael Jennings type player.** Rizk like a Papenhuyzen style. Both have their place but Rizk needs to get his body right.

That is controversial. Brisbane are going to go down the same path again of having too much youth. Unless they plan on getting the Warriors to throw in Leeson Ah Ma in the trade. On the same topic I can’t see Fanuo Blake, Lodge and Ah Ma along with that young gun prop they already have fitting into the same team.

Does this also put the breaks on Joe Of being released at the 11th hour?

It’s interesting how we view these guys. In 2019 Lodge was on the verge of SOO selection for NSW and Joe O was selected for Qld. Fast forward to 2020, the Broncos entire team/club have a crap year and all of a sudden these 2 blokes become nuffies in some people’s eyes. Most people’s view though is that Joe O is a great signing because is coming to us, but Lodge is still a nuffie - go figure.
