Isaac Liu is the most likely target at this point. The Roosters do have a bit of room to work now with cordner retiring and are working on re-signing Tupou and Morris. They may be able to retain Liu, but he would likely be stuck on the bench. There is also a belief at the club, and other clubs that a few players might become available at seasons end.
Harley Smith-Shields looks to be a done deal.
The fact our only likely target for next year is Liu who is supposedly all but done at the Titans is a massive worry.

Lots of time left to sign players, and actually the market seems to only be getting bigger during the offseason. Tigers have for several years been holding back some salary cap to see what happens in the offseason, when clubs take stock and try to right-size their rosters.
