We need to build this side around Stefano, Laurie and Doueihi. I think Blore will start to shine and happy with the output of Joffa. We have some talent coming through - Simpkins and Simpkin will be NRL mainstays. The rest can move on as far as I'm concerned.

Jake Simpkin needs to finish the season now. If we get him playing ok along with the guys you’ve mentioned (minus Daine) and the team finds a bit of ticker, we take some positives into 22’

Give him fb, Laurie to half, Adam 6, Brooks 9.

Gould was saying that Laurie's best position is 6. So this sounds good but I'll have Adam at centre brooks at 7. Also putting Hastings at 13 will give you a ball playing lock.

I agree with Gould assessment on Laurie.

I don't think he is ready for 6 yet.

Not sure Adam is either. Defence is a big worry

Your halves can be a bit suspect in D if you have strong defensive back rowers around them.

The story goes he doesn't have an issue with the dragons and they don't have an issue with him...

He wouldn't sign the paperwork in regards to the BBQ... this has been reported.

But the story goes deeper as its been alleged he and Alvaro actually co-operated with the police.

This has caused some issues between Lomax and Alvaro within the playing group and they've been calling them dogs, etc.

With Lomaxs partner moving out of W'Gong and into Sydney.... things are starting to add up... Lomax position may be untenable due to the distrust and general animosity from team mates, despite some departing at seasons end.. it may be in both Dragons and Lomaxs best interests to part ways.

Anyway, again... 2nd hand information.
Hope it happens.
