I think the no 1 reason for our lack of success has been not rorting the cap.

The dogs aren't attracting players because of their rich history, that was dead years ago and its not their history of success either. They are walking a dangerous line and I don't think its Phil and his amazing looks or the desire to be coached Barrett thats attracting every player they choose. Its cash and they’ve found opened bank safe somewhere by the sound of it.

Lot of pressure on the Dogs over the next year to persuade a few players to leave. Clubs should not touch any Dogs players and let them stew in the cap mess they have created. Love to see Gus and Baz’s creation go totally belly up

What cap mess? They had something like 15 players off contract this season, and about another 10 next year. It’s not hard to look at the whole picture first before assuming they are headed towards a cap nightmare. For all Gus is, he knows how to run a club like the back of his hand.

They players tjat the dogs let go were mostly garbage who have failed to find contracts.

This does not make way for premium/ top shelf recruits with the money freed up.

Clubs have to spend most of the cap so those unwanted players were probably on overs

Also they were paying releases players to play elsewhere. I don't believe they are as of next season

I wouldn’t be complaining. There was an article the other day with the headline saying Sheens claimed we were done with Parra players, yet he wasn’t quoted anywhere in the article saying as such.
