We have 2 spots left and I'd use them for a starting prop and a starting centre - at the moment IMO those are the 2 positions that we need to help us to step up a notch.

Tigers should allocate Lucianos money to Luki and Nanai. Farnworth has been mentioned the kid is a gun walks in at centre and would be cheaper than Cotric. Under the radar prop is Oregan Kaufusi Eels don’t want him he may be good and low cost for us.

Question is, if we did sign Farnworth for 23, would we offer Liddle or Mikaele as a trade to try and get him for 22?

Looks like Concussions will end up doing it before Madge would.

One game against Russel Packer and his career has been on a downward spiral ever since.

Arguably one of Packers best ever performances.

Good to see a forward at any level that's willing to run hard off the back fence and actually catch and hold on to the ball.

Having said that, we haven't seen how much video was left on the cutting room floor.

Gareth Ellis walked straight in and was one of our best players both have had similar careers both won premierships and represented their country before making the move to NRL only difference is Ellis was a forward and Gildart is a back and apparently he’s doing much better training compared to some of our other boys and I’m not talking about the ones who are injured if Gildart is fit come Round 1 I reckon he’s picked

There is a massive difference between the 2,Ellis was a standout in internationals against Australia often being the best forward on the field he was also the best forward in the UK.
Gildart was not even the best back at his club in the UK and his international form was mediocre.

With Cotric heading back to Canberra I’m 100% confident that James Roberts will get a new contract for 2022 Thompson could still happen to fill our squad because I reckon that the final 2 spots will be 1 back and 1 forward the back is definitely JTJ if its not its one of our lower grade players and the final spot could be that guy we signed from Knights Christian I think his name is if we aren’t trying for Thompson

Giving JTJ an NRL contract is admitting defeat for 2022 before it begins. He's nowhere near good enough anymore

There’s simply not enough talent left on the market most likely it is JTJ unless we either promote one of our lower grade players or another Centre becomes available before next season although I’m not confident of that happening

All of the players who swap clubs, none of them are 'available'. We have what 700k to spend,if we waste 100k on a proven failure like Roberts it would be a terrible show of desperation and failure.
He's on a t+t contract. If we have injuries and need him then he can play, but there's absolute no need to waste any time or money on wanted up has beens.

Like I said not enough talent left on the market so unless Tigers are gonna try and do a swap for a Centre it’ll be JTJ or they’ll promote one of our lower grade players

I doubt Blore and Simpkin would have been offered, just another telecrap article without much fact or research.

We are short backrowers and Blore looks to be heading for a good season if he remains healthy and Jake has 3 years left on his deal and is only young.
