I remember the off season mate and what people were saying.

I can't remember exactly what I said but I understand not going for him. The question is will he be as good outside of Melbourne as in Melbourne.

We do have Hastings, Doueihi, Madden and Brooks in the halves as well. He is versatile so we could have played him at fullback.

I wish we got him but I can understand not going for him. We signed Gildart and Hastings this season and Api and Papalli for next season.

Our recruitment isn't that bad.

Look we have to realise our squad sucks, and not only does it suck, we are missing a bunch of our starting 17. It sucks that we are losing and making errors but I can’t fault the effort of the players. They are trying, Ik it sucks but our club has always been weak. It’s a tough period for the club but this is the time we harden up mentally. I support madge and sheens in this rebuild. We will become a successful club for many years I have no doubt about that. Fire up boys the glory days will come

I’d like to challenge the club starting with the CEO. Get us some elite players. Last I checked you were running a professional sporting organisation.

You put Latrell, Fox, Finucane and Luke Thompson in our team, nobody is crying about Brooks form. Do your job or get nicked.

After watching last night's game all I could keep thinking was how all the experts on here (a lot of the Brooks backers too) kept saying Nicho Hynes was rubbish and slow and not good enough for the Tigers to go try to sign. Bloke is a pure footy player and in a couple of games has shown everything as a 7 that the Tigers miss with Brooks playing there. Composure, decision making, ability to pick a pass, short kicking game and knows when to go himself

We've signed him manager had a photo of him at Tigers on their socials

Noone really knows what his like cause des has never gave him a real go. Des has a track record of backing old timers rather then juniors.

we have been active in the market for the last 18months re picking up top line juniors and has been successful with a few.. How come we seem to struggle to pick up a top line Winger / Centre like most clubs E.g. Panthers bring another one in and he is killing it - Tago I believe his name is.
Hopefully Api K can get in the ear of a few young big backs we desperately need

If we could grab Herbi and Nanai geez I would be over the moon and actually have hope in next season.

Herbi is such a hungry and good young player, speed/size and the way he is roaming around would be such an enormous asset to us. He is a turning into a pure game changer & match winner.

Nanai is 19 yeah his defense is questionable but the kid is an absolute weapon and is only going to get a heap better.

Sheens get the check book out and go nuts!!!!

Look at Patrick Carrigan today, he is a much improved player from last year. We don't seem to be able to do that at WTs.

Nanai and Neame are young and impressive.
Farmworth a very good young all round centre 3/4.
Where are all our up and coming youngsters. For all the so called junior development and recruitment we were supposed to have done over last few years not very much that I can see that has emerged with mich value so far.
….. very disappointing ….. but things can only get better I hope????? Will I see that day LOL I’m running out of years.
