I still fail to see how Twal is in our best 17. I’d trade him.

Twal has something to offer. He'll give us 60 minutes a game and in that time he'll make metres and he'll defend exceptionally well.

The problem is how many middle forwards do you have on the bench ?

Starting:- Klemmer, Stef, Joe O
Bench:- Pole

If you have two middle forwards on the bench it's Twal up against Blore & Matamua.

He'll get plenty of game time if he isn't injured because other middle forwards will be injured.

I think he makes the team initially but it'll be interesting how he goes over the course of the season.

Seyfarth would be on a modest contract. He is the type of player needed in every squad to fill out the 30 player roster. Remember his game against the Broncos when I believe he made 50 tackles and more than contributed to the win.

Yes and no, seems like a good guy but he’s very pedestrian.
Maybe he’ll take a medical retirement and get a new position in the pathways group. Had involvement there already.
That might be a possible outcome.

I reckon it depends on the type of game that's to be had.
If they are going to try and take us on up the middle then Alex would be good.
If only he had another dimension to his game, like an offload.

I don’t think Farnworth would understand what JB was saying. He’s only a countryman by heritage not location.
Maybe The Pom has taken offence at his critics. Someone on here told me on the qt that he can do that sometimes.
I hope he rejoins us at some stage. Looking at his stats he has a lot of support on here. Low postings but high reactions says it all.

Seyfarth does have an offload and he did it in the Broncos' game. He probably was encouraged to use it.

Also born in Burnley and didn’t come to Oz till after he finished school so maybe he’s more English than I thought.
Although having heard JB interviewed before I still think there would be a communication gap.

They didn't release Steph or Papali'i early.

Love his energy but we can’t have players like Seyfarth in the top 30 if we want sustained success. He is a wasted spot. Happy for him to be a career reggie though.

They r either going to lose Moses, or Brown

And even if they keep one of them or both they r going to have to MASIVELY overpay inorder to equal what oyher clubs r offering

I think that Parra would prefer to sacrifice Mitch in an effort to get Brown to re-sigh long term.
Either way I don’t see them keeping both, Brown is younger and better so if it was me I’d be signing Brown before Unca Wayne has a chance.
