Crichton definitely has the capability to play fullback and at such a young age can definitely develop further, particularly in his strength. Definitely has the superstar aura about him and has said recently he’s looking to do what’s best for his family. Gotta spend that money on at least one big superstar or potential superstar

I’d be happy with crichton, but his too young and undeveloped to be throwing that kind of cash on. This stems for one of those ageing contracts where he gets paid more as time goes on with more club favours

I'm with you on that.
Which is why I said I wouldn't be using Packer and Reynolds value in the team for comparison either. Almost all our team would realistically be worth more than them - for value that is.

Starting to get that sick feeling , the dogs who have been worse than us seem to be signing what ever they like , not sure we were in for burton , but it appears if u get the right coach you get the players .

I absolutely agree. It's why I personally get annoyed with other fanbases applying it in arguments, it's immaterial to the club's operational plans.

Who knows, but Roberts almost guaranteed to soar way above the season and a half of Dylan Smith in our top 30 level of greatness for relatively few extra dollars. So I am closer to @Tigerstar on this, as Jimmy at least has the potential to be great for WT at minimal risk.

Re JAC on above any winger wage, i get it, but he isn't really just a winger, he is the best winger, and he provides more in little things like kick chase pressure, repeat sets etc etc than any other winger in the comp. His meters are outstanding and speed creates opportunities. Plus he is exciting and a star for a club. He brings in young fans. I think he deserves a few hundred K above winger money myself, absolutely. How much more? Not sure. But those scoffing that he wants more than a winger wage, I disgree with that folk. I think he deserves it for sure.
