There was an article which confirmed that he was leaving that squad and that their coach was in touch with WT to see what assistance and prep. Work that he could assist with before he fronts for training at WT.

Widdop would only bloke someone's path of he's playing better than him. Your basically saying don't buy anyone better than who we got.

Players with high potential need to play first grade to improve.

Widdop will not come here to play reserve grade, and I don't think he's any better than Doueihi right now.

Madge will play the best 17, we do have a comp to win.

Good that Mbye may feel that way, but it’s all a bit late, should’ve showed the way last season, still if he left, can’t see it being a big concern, we could buy JAC with his salary and have some change left for a new half.

Hahaha, sorry for laughing, he he he. Mbye is upset about losing the captaincy?
Is he the same $950k player who was reluctant to take on the role if it cut too deeply into his family time? Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but doesn’t he now have more family time? I think if the dogs want him back, they should make inquiries.

AD is unproven at 5/8th, Is my point. He was bought as a first attempt Fullback with the potential of moving to the halves if that didn't work out.

My issue with AD is that (and just my opinion) but when I was watching him play, I felt like every time he threw a pass I would be expecting a 50/50... either it would hit the guy on the chest and be a cracker or it would be too low/high/behind the man.

I hope he works out because otherwise we will have two very highly paid #14's.... and then we take the risk of Milford too who is in the same mould as Mbye and AD.

Surprising thing about halves,the only ones that seemed to be free of criticism were Thurston and Cronk.And both played in sides with great teams especially the forwards.Maybe it is just a coincidence.You need a thick skin to play in the halves,when you win praise goes to the team,when you lose its quite often the fault of the halves.
