Considering the not good fit comment re TPJ one could conclude that we were looking at him for a back row position for experience but have determined that his output / value doesn’t weight up. Sironen is what 27-28 and has spent the past 4 years as a form backrower of the comp.
as mentioned I’d be looking at him or Fitzgibbon but I’d probably lean to Siro, he might come a bit cheaper returning ‘home’ and I think he has been under a better system at Manly then Fitz has been at Newcastle.

Fitzgibbon is trash. Knights fans can't stand him. He's only there coz his old man is the CEO of the club's major sponsor. Mitch Barnett is the Knights back rower worth chasing

Fair enough. It would be a signing where the output will increase beyond the value but Ill take what your saying I don’t watch him closely enough but he did have a good reputation a few year back.

Had a year where he was scoring tries for fun, has had a few quiet years since.

27, nearly 28 but has had regular injury breaks which could mean he’s got an extra year or two in the legs.

Trash is kind, he is terrible. He’s basically a poor mans Luke Garner

That's being kind. He's more of a poor mans' poor man's Luke Garner. A broke man's Kyle Lovett. And impoverished man's Corey Wadell. An indigent man's Shaun Lane.

Form backrower of the comp? Don't think so.
He's gone okay but hasn't been anywhere near the best.

It's disappointing not getting any big signings for next year but at the end of the day I'd rather sign no one than pay overs for risky signings. Our cap has been screwed too many times so just keep investing in the kids

Maybe Hastings and Gildart will be superstars ?

Dunno about that mate as the raiders forum says his best position is centre and he’s only played fullback and wing once ? As I said, pointless. Seems like we have plenty of young outside backs coming through
