With no disrespect, what a shame we waste time with minimal/fringe contract players who are just a distraction, chew up a spot and will never be what they were or ever make it.

I’m hoping we give some of our real younger stars such as Ogden a go next year. With Nofo, tell him to go back to KOE and fix whatever it is he needs to do. Only one way to learn.

Just a shame that Covid has stopped our JF progress. Hopefully, we will see some of them next year and they haven’t been cut although I suspect everyone is still in limbo.

some here put there head in the sand when we miss signings " oh but they were never offered a contract etc"
fact is Thompson joins a long list of players we have put an offer to and ***have been REJECTED***

and that is just the players we *know* about, Im hearing that there are *many* more that we never hear about. I heard that Pascoe has had to employ another 2 staff and an intern and set up a new portable, just to listen to players reject us. I am hearing that due to the increaed demand for players to firmly reject us, the Tigers are looking into a system similar to NSW Health are using for vaccinations where you apply online for an appointment to come and reject us and your appointment time is dependent on your experience, current salary, representative experience and plod rating. SoO players are prioritised and they get to reject us early.

Im told that despite the current load, the Tigers are hoping to have been rejected by all current first graders by Grand Final day.

Like NSW Health we should be prioritising 16 - 39 year olds from LGA's of concern.

I think the time has come to boot brooks to whoever wants him thats without question I think what we need to do is sign tom amone to a 2 year deal and resign cini to a 2 year but keep our 1 million for the next season stay out of the market for this year we've missed everyone we've had a shot at build from within bring up some young boys drop dead weight like packer , walters , roberts and BJ then look at bringing in some talent at the end of 2022 like mo fotuakia , Faitala-Mariner even tom starling stock our fowards see if we can medically retire james tamou and give him a role as our forwards coach

I'd give Liam Scolari a run ahead of Nofo - there's a kid who isn't afraid of hard work and carts it up straight and hard.

We also need a dedicated halves coach call up Scotty Prince , Benji even Tim Moltzen bring some club legends in to teach these boys what the club is
