I don’t think he was that bad either. I thought he was actually very good during his last year. A player like Sam Harris from Manly fits the bill. Solid player at Manly yet turned to mud when he came to us. Jamal Lolesi wasn’t great either.

He got moved around a lot if I remember correctly.

Wing, centre and even fullback a few times.

I saw Pascoe today at Big W Macquarie Centre.
Asked him straight out if Hodgson is coming and he basically said we are waiting for Canberra to come to the party salary wise.
I said “but they don’t want him hey and he doesn’t wanna be there. So we have the upper hand”. He replied “yeah”.
BTW I didn’t realise he is quite tall

Was he shopping or working the checkout?

I'd assume he was in the shampoo section, copping some bargains.

I spied him checking out bonds tees. Xxs

Big W clothes are pretty poor from what I've seen.

Although I saw a Rambo singlet there once and regretted not buying it ever since -its gone now.

Bodene Thompson was good, shame we lost him. Cory Paterson or Eddy Pettybourne would be better options there.

Jamal Idris in the centres. Reddy was awful at the end but he had some games here or there where he was useful.

Going back a bit more, Terry Hill was rubbish with his attitude for us. A bit like Blair, was a current representative with big wraps and did nothing.

Fair enough. Thompson was actually very good. The club tried to retain him, but he got a better offer from the Warriors.

More than a few have mentioned Ballin and the obvious paralels (Over 30 ACLs Hooker nobody else wants).Some just dont see any problem

That’s just the thing but good players don’t often come off contract it’s quit rare that a player at the peak of his powers comes of contract and then the chances of him comming to the tigers is even more un likely

Is it our annual good player wanting to leave time again? Boy it comes around quickly. Answer has to be no and no negotiating on a release. Craig Bellamy showed how it is done with his quote this morning. This club has been so weak in the past we invite these situations.

Take a stand and if he sits then so be it.
