You're not alone. There are a few of us who know the club has done exceptionally well to recruit the quality of player we have for next year especially with Redcliffe entering the competition and the increase in salary cap.Am I the only one who is loving this? I feel like the odd man out.
Brooks has had several coaches who stifled his game. Potter (slightly), Taylor and Madge all had them playing in shackles. Cleary, when he brought back our flair, took him to a Daly M. I for one want to see Brooks under sheens and benji. Even better if we bring Mitch back... It will return the Tigers soul back to start to focus on OUR players and development again.
We shouldn't be pointing the finger at these guys all the time. There was some real mess at the club too. It's just that they were young and didn't handle it maturely.
We are going to need to show commitment to the players from our heartlands if we want the same in return from our up-and-coming juniors. We've lost that over the past few years.
Brooks, Laurie, Api and Moses with this forward pack? I'm in.
I get it mate but the positive for him is, according to POM, a hefty pay rise. He seems like a decent bloke.Heartbroken about Jackson Hastings
we have a former Dally M halfback of the yearI mean a halfback that can win games
Nah I think the arguements have changed from Balmain vs wests to Brooks supporters vs haters.Am I the only one who is loving this? I feel like the odd man out.

Yep to flounder under pressure for another seasonwe have a former Dally M halfback of the year
Clickety Clack Brooks is back
What about bench spots mate ?will it be Simpkin or Rua in the 14Nothing on RTS
But Caleb Clarke could be a surprise pick-up.
try not to death ride okYep to flounder under pressure for another season
Common rugby league sense tell the storytry not to death ride ok
Auburn warriorsDolphins or manly?
I’ll join team punt himIf Brooks can't fire behind that, what excuse do you think the Brooks cult will come up with?
Would have to think it wouldn’t be until after World Cup ? Unless he isn’t in the All Blacks plans for 2023 RWC ?Sheens has spoken to him previously,
Benji has spoken to him recently !
He is electric, hope we get him. Bye Ken or NoffaNothing on RTS

The good thing for me is sheens is looking for a controlling half. And doesn’t expect brooks to play that role, this is what I was worried about. But the fact that he’s looking at signing Moses, tells me he knows what he’s doing! I don’t like that slimy turd. But great to see sheens and co know the skill set of their players. More than I can say for Fadge.Nah I think the arguements have changed from Balmain vs wests to Brooks supporters vs haters.
I’m with you though.
I’m expecting or at least hoping a change of fortune for us.
I agree but I'm still cautiously optimistic. Those forwards need to perform yet and the pack will also need to remain injury/suspension free as there is not much quality depth. With the forward pack we're assembling there are no more excuses
I'll get excited when I see consecutive and consistent WWWsYou're not alone. There are a few of us who know the club has done exceptionally well to recruit the quality of player we have for next year especially with Redcliffe entering the competition and the increase in salary cap.
Sheens is making good decisions, thanks PomHastings has scored himself a hefty pay rise with the Knights.
Once it was clear that Brooks wasn’t going to be released for 2023 Knights changed focus.
Sheens met with Hastings management & made the point very clear that his future was at 13.
It moved fast from there.
The hope is to build a forward pack that Brooks can actually play off.
Bateman deal will be finalised in the week but he will be here.
Very early talk for Brooks but the club would hope to present a restructured deal for 2 year extension but a reduced rate.
Very important meeting with Moses management next week where a formal offer is expected to be presented.
Matamua expected to be elevated to top 30.
Makes sense if we get Klemmer and Bateman the pack is pretty well stocked. We’re still short on good options at centre IMO.Nothing on RTS
