Just about every year there are teams from the bottom four going on excellent runs into the 8 the following year. Not saying it is achievable for the Tigers next year but:

2024 - Dogs (6th)
2023 - Warriors (4th) Knights (7th)
2022 - Cowboys (3rd)
2021 - Manly (6th)
2019 - Eels (6th)

And so on...

It happens,

But to pick us up from 17th to finals, won't happen.

An optimistic aim would be above 12th. Particularly after loosing the pack we have.

I can see this excitement over To’o turning to anger after the grand final.

I still say it’s fantasy and there is nothing to it.

Ask yourself if this is was all true and he wanted to leave, why would he only be talking to WT? And please dont say he’s blinded by his undying love for Luai and can’t bare to be without him.

Hodgson has been coaching in league and union for more then 10 years. He isn't exactly inexperienced in coaching ranks - in fact that would make him our most experienced coach

Don't really pay any attention to Rugby Union, so what was the team's defence like with Hodgo as defensive coach. I'm guessing not all that great.

Gardiner did a good job coaching our NSW cup side think we were 2nd or 3rd on the ladder the year he coached them.

He coached the NRL side for one game in 2022.

It was the game where we were robbed by Cowboys and filthy scum Turdsend, Feldt, "I'll get you Butler" and the Klown in the bunker.

Not a fan of jobs for the old boys, but Hodgson is the one bloke with actual coaching experience, including head coach in Super League and assistant with the Wallabies. To be honest he would have been better than Benji.

This quite period is worrying me , thought we would have got a couple more forwards by now , can’t see us getting any one from the teams in the finals , so why is it taking so long , are we stuck waiting to move players on , or targets have got cold feet . If it’s spots why not just do what the dogs do sign , sign , sign then work it out , they seem to have that down pat

We've signed Luai, Turuva, Skelton and Hunt (just last week).

Well the Wallabies defence is the worst it's ever been, he's defensive coach.

He's learned that he can still keep getting jobs based only on reputation as a player despite being a failure as a coach?
